Having done sessions with Alexander Technique, Rolfing, and bodywork, I can attest to the fact that (as a large male) most harps are too small for me to play comfortably. Conversely, playing pedal harp poses its own set of other challenges. Cf 'Playing less Hurt'- a book that has addressed this issue for decades.
