I am hoping for cecile and caitlin (with her probably upcoming killer frost form) to become evil and team up and be the next main villains for season 9 . I think the emotional connection would work well and they could both hide in plain sight like rf season 1 . This way the can have the same main villains for thw entire seasons and they don't have ti get away all the time like cicada
When a character has this kind of power/ability in a tv show with super powers there is a 100% chance they will either lose all their powers completely or die.
Honestly, whenever Alegra or Cecile show up, I just fast-forward skip to whenever the Flash appears on screen again. I was incredibly surprised to realize they take up to 10-20 mins of screentime from any average episode. I was intrigued to watch the new episodes bc they told me Matt's Thawne was back, but if this is how most episodes are, then I'm incredibly thankful I don't watch the series regularly anymore. Whenever I just hear Cecile's mind thingy sound effect I just KNOW there's gonna be an emotional exposition dialogue, lol.

I have my own theory why she could use her powers even with the dampener it's because I'm sure that dampener isn't built for two powers in one she took both of there powers so the dampener got overloaded so she had the powers for two
