Ingredients for Daulat ki Chaat AKA Makhan Malai

Full Fat Milk/Doodh(दूध) 500ml
Heavy Cream/Malai (मलाई) 250gms
White Vinegar/Safed sirka (सिरका) 2tsp
Green cardamom powder/Hari elaichi(हरी इलायची) 1/4tsp
Powder Sugar/Pisi Cheene(पिसी शक्कर) 4tbs
Saffron/Zafran(केसर) 2pinch
For Garnish
Pistachio/Pista (पिस्ता)
Almond/Badam(बदाम)
Silver foil/Chandi ka warq(चांदी का वर्क)
Mawa/khoya (खोया/मावा)
