I bought this! I can't tell you how much I recommend this product as a working mum it's been a life changer so quick easy to use and cleaannnnnnnn woww I highly recommend its fun to use and your floors will be so fresh and clean
I’d like to know how close these wet-dry vacs/power mops get to base boards, walls and cabinets. I like the concept of this emerging category but if they only get within 0.5 - 1” of the perpendicular surfaces to the floors, you’ll have to still get down on the floor and manually clean that void. That is an absolute deal breaker for me.
To anyone considering the purchase of this mop, be aware that the support in the US isn't well established. The customer service contact is a vacuum shop in Billings Montana. I purchased this machine in March 2019 and it stopped working recently. It has had very little use. I have contacted US "customer support" and will let this group know how it works out. It might well be fine, but it's a little disconcerting that US support for this expensive machine is an independent vacuum shop in Billings Montana. When I inquired again, I got no reply. 2022 Update - The machine has been returned for service 3 times and I've had several discussions with customer service to fix it without returning it. I thought I had all the undocumented tricks down and the bugs worked out, but the last time I attempted to use it, the brush roller wouldn't turn. This machine has had very little use and excellent care. I've only used distilled water and Hizero cleaner in it and it's taken apart, cleaned, and allowed to fully dry after every use. It just has not been reliable or a good experience for me. I'm done with this one. It's broken more often than it's working. Bother.
@@CandycaneBeyond I have a steam mop and it takes so long to sweep/vacuum first, then use the steam mop. The question I have about it and cannot find anywhere is how well does it clean grout lines? There seems to be silence on this issue. It doesn’t look like it would even get into the grout line because the sponge roller cannot expand. It’s why I switched to the Crosswave from the Hoover Floormate (and ironically Hoover has redesigned their Floormate to copy the Crosswave).
So we bought the hizero recently and did my first clean today with it. Here are some points IMO 1- the tanks are definitely too small 2- the roller misses spots which means going over an area multiple times in different directions to clean it. 3- the two modes is not high/low power, it’s actually more/less water use 4- it’s very manoeuvrable which is great 5- lots of proprietary consumables to consider as part of Total cost of ownership, this is a very expensive machine to buy and to keep running 6- I’m talking extremely expensive overall disappointed

Hi. Just purchased a Hizero Bionic mop using your affiliate link and it arrived today. Few questions. Have you tried using Crosswave solution? If so, what’s the dilution guide? I tried a little but it seemed foamy. Any other detergent recommendations? Also I’m a little confused as to how solution is picked up and put down? It was easier with my Crosswave because I controlled the solution using the trigger.. The only thing I’ve noticed that bugs me is that on our hand scrapped handwoods, I have to approach it straight on. If I do it from the sides, it seems to get “caught “ on the ridges and make a scraping sounds whereas the Crosswave didn’t. Thanks! Love the video btw!
Hizero makes their own solution but it works really well with tap water. there is a metal grate that water is pumped through and an upper slotted squeegee that dirty water is pulled through. I get the scraping sounds too but its just the squeegee on the floor and nothing seems any worse for the wear because of it.

Hizero: Waiting on it......
Did you know that this device is also called THOMAS BIONIC WASHSTICK?
I didn't! Thank you. Do you know what markets the Thomas is in?
@@VacuumWars I'm not exactly sure, but I think that under the THOMAS brand it is sold in some European countries and in post-Soviet countries
I've got real wood floors
big back garden where the dogs seem to drag in mud occasionally and it works itself into the wood
is this any good for me
I have a similar scenario, warping here hoping that someone comments about it.
I very like your review .How it handel with pet hair and long human hair
hello, what is the name of the site for square parts please? thank you....
He told you in the video the parts are all on amazon.
What cleans the mop as you go ? Or you pushing round a dirty roller
Jccc D You have dual water tanks: 1 clean water tank, 1 dirty water tank.
how does it perform in tight corners ?
What about dog hair? How would this do with that?
For that price, how well does it clean along coving?. My Swiffer and big refill from Costco cost way less and clean well.
Can you just dry vacuum with it too on hardwood floors for example?
You can.
Hi, how does it perform in tight corners and can I clean shelf’s or books with it?
Why on earth would you want to clean books with a mop?? Shelves aren’t meant to be mopped either.
i just saw on amazon tineco ifloor product claims to do the same for 200 dollars however now reviews on amazon or youtube... looks very good on promotional video
Too bad we can’t get this in Canada..
Can it be used to do sections of carpet or rugs like the crosswave can ??
Great question! I'm wondering also! anyone can answer?
@@martamagorzata5530 fyi crosswave cordless has now been recently released.
nope it can't. unfortunately.
Is there a Wet/dry that also works on carpet?
yea the original crosswave
Anybody know why it’s current “unavailable” through Amazon? Is it being discontinued?
Check their website directly
I just purchased this from Amazon for $599. I can return for full refund within 30 days. Based on this review and others I’ve seen I had to check it out. So far, so very good. I hate cleaning but I can see myself mopping with this at least once a week as well as to handle quick spills.
Can we get one thing straight here? Tesla's start at $35-36,000.
YES
