I guess because of the game's coding, it had to have at least 1HP to make it to work, I suppose...
Like, if it has 0HP, it counts as dead...
Gothic Cyclops you can destroy them with little horn/ euthanasia. They have the Host skull invunerability.

If you already know these answers, then you do not need to read this. But the Brimstone Head is a rare enemy that appears on the floor ''Sheol''. The Broken Gaping Maw enemy, I believe, can spawn in the floor ''The Womb''. Though, it is a rare version of the Gaping Maw. The Blue Conjoined Fatty can be found ''The Chest''. Now, for Mom's Heart, if you have already killed her enough time so that ''It Lives'' Spawns instead of it, then... Well, you can find Mom's Heart in ''The Void'' and ''Greed(ier)'' mode, I believe at the end of the Utero/Womb floor which you can get Mom's Heart or something else when you activate the last button (The One That Can Activate The Devil/Angel Deal)

Video Game News I think that something like unlocking the keeper will happen, involving ARL to unlock the final of the game or a character that is the only one that can finish the game idk, but the deliriums ending doesnt seem like a FINAL. ( also i couldnt find any video of the one millon %, i think is called like that )
I felt like that couldn't be the ending also, so with some luck maybe they're going to update the game and add one more ending.

Maybe the kills are only Isaac's and discount environmental hazards such as explosives all over the shop and familiars. Just a guess here.

Hey, here's a question? How is it possible you encountered some of the mandatory bosses like mom, It lives, mega Satan, etc, but have no deaths or kills against them/ have kills against them, but not enough to equal the encounters?

배찬우 broken gaping maw has a stronger pull than the regular i think
배찬우 Broken Maw has a much stronger pull and it alternates between on and off every four or so seconds.
The broken one is extremely rare (only appears in one room in chapter 4) It works exactly like the normal one but pauses between time, has a better atraction power.

They're one of the most dangerous foes in the game.
I think they shoot a homing explosive shot, so be careful.

Where do you find the Stone Eye, Brimstone Head, Broken Gaping Maw, Blue gaper, & ultra pride baby enemies? How do you get them spawned and add them to the bestiary.
try using console commands to spawn them, you can spawn any enemy and item that way
Is this done legitimately? I have been to sheol many times since ab+ and explored the whole floor, and haven't found a brimstone head. I am also missing broken gaping maw, are those also rare? And one more thing, the game gave me the sin collector achievement for some reason when I registered conjoined blue fatty, which is the 3rd last thing I needed.
Yeah, I did it right. But it seem very bugged or something.
