I rewatched this a month later and cried because I already knew what will happen. However, I have something to make things better. It’s a finished version of the story.
“Midoriya...” Todoroki muttered, thinking that his beloved’s name would be the last thing he ever said.
“NOT TODAY, TODOROKI-KUN!” Izuku shouted. He activated his quirk, directed the power into his leg, and picked up Shouto bridal style while racing over to the nearest hospital, calling Recovery Girl to tell her to meet him there so she can speed up the process. Izuku was desperate, and desperation leads to that adrenaline rush, which was just what he needed. He ran into the hospital screaming “SOMEBODY HELP HIM!” Right away, doctors came rushing to bring Shouto to the nearest available room.
Shouto passed out, to wake up hours later with Izuku crying on his lap. “M-Midoriya... I’m sor-“
“Don’t talk right now, Todoroki-kun... You’re alive and that’s all that matters. I’m grateful you gave me that kiss, even if it was out of pity that I’d never get to kiss you before you died...” These words shook Shouto. That’s how Midoriya saw it..?
“You’re wrong, Midoriya. I do like you too... I was just too afraid to hurt you. However, after realizing that I can die any day out here, I want to spend more time with you, in the closest and most intimate relationship we can be in.” Shouto gingerly placed his lips on Izuku’s forehead, trying to be as gentle as he could with this precious and fragile human right before him.
“Todoroki-kun...” Izuku’s already teary eyes emitted even more tears. This time, they were good ones. He wrapped his arms around Shouto, pulling him into his warm embrace while being mindful of the wound in his gut. They placed their heads together, creating the first of many memories they’d have as a couple, and husbands in the future.

What did you do to get that slightly moving in the editing?
Agnes Inger Axelsdottir it's called tweening! I use Final Cut Pro when I do it, but you can use a few different programs. There's a great video by relatabelle that I used to learn!
