Hello po!Kung gulaman po ang gamit ninyo, possible po na masyadong madaming tubig kaya malambot. Pwede niyo pong bawasan ang water next time or double check your measurements. Possible din po na gelatin ang nagamit ninyo kung hindi siya nag-set after lumamig. Pag ganon po, chill lang po natin hanggang maging firm then okay na po. Hope this helps! :)
