I travel all over the world and colognes are cheapest in the US. Don't know of any countries in the Middle East where you can get better deals. Even France is more expensive than the States. Goes for pretty much everything. You can buy a ski-doo in the US cheaper than Canada. You can buy a Rolex in the states cheaper than in Switzerland. America is a shopper's paradise.

Dossier does good work. My GF owns mademoiselle by Chanel and we got a clone from Dossier and I was only BARELY able to tell the difference after much deliberation and I have a lot of experience with fragrances. She could not tell the difference at all. They also had similar performance.

Nautica latitude longitude by scent matches, no go. Doesn't smell like it. On top of that this cologne was known for it's staying power. I put 2 pumps on an within a few hours you can't smell it anymore

I just heard you say that you are in TN. The fragrance store at Opry Mills in Nashville is a ripoff store. They claim to be a discount store but often times they are over MSRP
you are right on about alan he is a great guy At beverly hills parfunery no more than 6 days from cali to where i stay in midwest... i found him early in my frag journey got lucky i guess. lucky scent i have used about 4 times..
I'm astonished by the sheer number of people that apparently have no idea they're buying fake product. The other problem with fake sites is that you are giving your credit card details to crooks...do you really want to give a criminal your name, address, phone number and credit card details? And, if you have to log into the site, your password, the same one that you use for everything, you know you do....

FragranceX sell fakes. My sister used to be a wholesaler from them and discovered they sell a lot of counterfeit perfumes and you can see it on the bottles and packaging too many times. That's how they manage to keep the prices down. When you buy wholesale from the actual brands you can't get the pricing these stores offer. It's impossible for them to offer 37% off the retail buyers and make a profit on many high end products if they are selling the authentic fragrances. This is only possible on the cheap mass-produced brands. In addition, both companies have the same owners. You'll notice that their Chanel stock is always 'sold out'. That's because no one monitors counterfeits more stricter than Chanel.... FragranceNet is also always 'sold out' of their Chanel stock because they sold fakes and got Chanel's legal team on their backs. You can tell who sell genuine fragrances because they are able to sell Chanel...
Really appreciate taking time and explaining the various aspects. Though it is primarily targeted for US, still insights into fakes etc. is useful to all especially like me who just entered the game.. Cheers.

It’s interesting that compared to my other hobbies of buying sneakers, retail price is more sought after than resale lol where as fragrances seem to be the opposite

La Belle sold me a fake Dolce Gabana The ONE EDP this year 2020. It did not smell nothing it smelled like gas. I took it back the manager gave me a hard time. She said that there was nothing wrong. I told her of course you just spray your hand with the one you have. I exchanged it for something else. That was the first & last time I would shop at La Belle.

I have seen Legit Creed Spice and Wood wrapped in cellophane not Aventus but spice and wood although I think that is on a higher tier than Aventus thru creeds prices, but this was on ebay in boxed sealed in cellophane and was legit

Im wondering if the info in this video is relevant anymore, because as an example, shopping for Allure Homme, I've tried the sites mentioned, all of them and even with the mentioned coupons the Chanel site was cheaper by a lot! Did the retail sites catch on and are now undercutting the "discount" sites?

yes it is I've bought like 30+ bottles from them and they are all legit.
I had a bad experience with them. At Christmas time I had to return a weakly scented bottle of 'YSL Oud Absolu M7' that smelled for only 3 or 4 minutes after being sprayed. I may have had a bottle that had been stored in direct sunlight. It was 2 1/2 years old (batch code number gave date), I guess bad luck can happen but still it took six weeks and my calling my bank twice in order to finally get my money refunded. Six weeks!!! My order also included two samples; one was good 'Cartier Oud & Oud' (a good long lasting scent), the other sample bottle 'Santal Royal,' was empty. Fragrancenet gets a thumbs down from me.
