@@spreadpeace2 I am actually in Australia and have a house here with a better roi. Prices are so expensive in Thanjavur that its not affordable for nris too. People think NRI have a lot of money so they can afford it but the truth the return of investment on these properties are not even 1% so why wpuld an NRI buy a property that is purely speculative. In places like Dubai roi is like 7 to 10%.
@@gopinath5520 totally agree. And to make it worse, these agents get so greedy and inflate the prices so high in India, especially upcoming towns like Thanjavur. Because there are no proper regulations for these agents, they become unethical and try to make big money from both the buyers and sellers.
