Newer games are being made for a more diverse audience because the gaming community itself is becoming more diverse. Games are a form of art, and art comes from all different perspectives. If you want a straight male experience, there are plenty of games out there for you, with many more to come. If you can’t comprehend an experience other than a 'manly' one, that is your problem. Conflating the inclusion of gay, trans people, and women with games becoming bad is moronic. While there have been instances of forced inclusions that may not feel necessary, these people exist and aren’t going anywhere. They deserve stories that reflect their experiences as well. The problem is you have a bunch of female developers making games for men and adding their shit in there pushing it on men expecting them to play it when they don’t fully get or don’t care about what makes a video game cool for a man and it’s pretty simple, men like action, guns, violence and hot women but these people refuse to except that and just keep giving the customers what they don’t want
