I just discovered from a YT video that I could “dye” my own acrylic yarn with my Inktense Pencils… and they come out soft pastel/candy floss-like in colour and in the colour order I want…. Which has really satisfied my variegated itch that used to always need scratching 😂 🫶 And it was sooo easy to do!

I was diagnosed with Diabetes in December and I agree its made me not want to cook. Slowly I am finding meals we all like. Slowly. You got this!

I recently found a bunch of the batik at a local craft outlet and bought at least 12 or 14 cakes of it. It was 3 dollars each. Ha. I don't really need more but I'm tempted to grab some colors that they didn't have at the outlet. How much batik is too much? Cambodia, Laos or Vietnam are all possibilities for the French- speaking Asian country. My mom started calling them "angel eggs" a few years ago. She even adds two almond slices on top as "wings." ;)
Working on a blanket with Garden Party rn while I'm waiting on the sale items I got. I want to call this color either Party Balloons or Confetti Frosting.

So don't sweat it. (I know you're not) I know it can be annoying though. I hate it when I have to wait on things that I have been expecting something and it only halfway arrives and I didn't get all that I paid for. I don't blame you for slowing down on yarn purchases. Prices seem to be going up all the time and I know I have lots of yarn in my stash that I need to use. I mean to say that I am following your example because it is a good idea.
