Correction of what I said in the video about Lhasa Apsos - they indeed stem from non-nonsense alert dogs, says google; a friend just made me aware of this fact that I had no idea about: "The Lhasa apso is an ancient breed from Tibet, where it was revered in the villages and monasteries. The dogs acted as monastery lookouts, sounding the alarm at the arrival of visitors. This gave rise to their native name of Abso Seng Kye, which means bark lion sentinel dog."

Thank you so much, Sabina - I fully agree, far too many Beagle owners over-feed their Beagles, it's shocking to me. When in fact, it's SO EASY to avoid this. Simply by giving them less food. When I see one of my little guys get a bit too chubby around the waist, I reduce the amount of kibble I feed them.

Thank you! Yes, I keep my Beagles slim and trim, they are very well-muscled also, as we take them hiking in the mountains and give them plenty of opportunities to run and have zoomies - most other Beagles on social media sadly aren't in good shape physically, which is sad.
