@MishyKessel Thanks for your comment - the person's illicit "new" Tube channel(s) have been duly reported to UA-cam, both by me and other trainers who had a hand in the termination of his original channel. Already, there's no content showing on the front page of the newest channel, which points to a takedown by UA-cam being already in progress. Also, he's admitted that he's had "various of his social media platforms" threaten to cut public access if he didn't take down certain posts, comments and videos about other trainers. Website hosts and other platforms don't play around - if they say you have to take content down and you don't do it, you loose your platform, period, there is not much leeway. We've seen entire well-established websites terminated by the web host after 7 days of giving such a warning to the website owner. Knowing this, the person conceded and took everything down that had been asked to be taken down. Truly, team work makes the dream work 🙂

@ True - especially dog owners are often quite unaware of the negative side-effects of aversive tools and techniques.

@@HolisticDogTraining true on the long term consiqunces. I live in Australia, we barely see them here: I live in one state that uses them, 3 other states have banned prong collars, but only seen one in use. Root cause of problems should always be a focal point: agree some may not know how to deal with those properly

@@alexandradittmann8588 hence why I am not a fan of them: I am aware of the not so good effects. Have literally done the research kn these items

Thank you for your very thoughtful comment - as a vegan, I've been looking into plant-based options for my dogs, but I feel about this like you do with your cats (not daring to take the risk of them getting nutritional deficiencies). I'll be researching into this topic more for sure, as we hear more and more cases of very healthy vegan dogs. I also like your vision of a future where lab-grown meat is made available for our dogs and cats.
