For some reason I always save the “final boss” for last, sort of, and find them incredibly underwhelming but once I beat them I just have to put it down. As if I’m finally free from the game lol.
I explored the entirety of the depths and found all the armor and weapons that were down there. It’s super easy when you know what you’re looking for while reading the map. Every old map that I find in the sky islands tells me that I already found the treasure marked on it
Bit late to the video but ages ago when I found out you could put the hood down I obviously dyed one very colour twice. One up and one down. I was bored.
35 more shrines left... I will get them before Monday... Mark my words, I will edit this on Monday to tell y'all if I did it (Update: Finished them all last night. Now to get every armor set in the game)
First big thing I did in totk was light up the depths. Get a couple of fans and a steering stick and make a hoverbike, then, find light roots. It helps using the dupe glitch to get more battery power. (Small tutorial for that dupe glitch:) You need to have only one in your inventory, meaning trade all you can and drop the rest. Hold the right bumper, or the throw weapon button, then hold up on the D pad to open the item menu, hold the charge, walk off an edge (you have to be mid fall) open the menu again and drop the item (it will say x0 but it works) Most crucial part is to let go of the bumper after it all so you throw the one you hold, and can then pick one up and do it again.
How? I was halfway back at 100 hours 😮 are you leaving your switch on in the pause menu or something? My switch says 160 hours but the hero's path suggests it's less time than that. Game is short af. I decided to get Pikmin and play that instead for more challenging gameplay
Im making silent pricess bouquets swords, still fiding shrines, the guy holding that sign, attaching so many things to sticks and swords! I love totk! Tossing koroks into lava, skydiving bokoblins etc etc etc😂
here is a brownie recipe 🙂 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter 2 cups granulated sugar 4 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup chocolate chips (optional) Method: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in sugar until well combined. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. If desired, fold in chocolate chips. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs (not wet batter). Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting into squares. Serve and enjoy!
I've found more things to do by attempting challenge runs. For my first challenge, I'm taking on gleeocks with four hearts, one stamina wheel, and only the unupgraded royal guard set for armor. I'll do stuff like a no shield run or a naked run on top of that later. My goal is to beat the king gleeock under Typhlo Ruins with as little cheese as possible, then to take on Gannon without completeing Regional Phenomena. I may or may not get the Master Sword. I want to get a pristine royal claymore and fuse it with a royal shield as my main weapon.
I already got all of these 😭 I was bored one day so I went through and pinned all the mountains that might have mines under them and found all of the collectibles. Then I compared both levels of the map to find which lightroots I hadn’t gotten the shrine for, and vise versa. Then when I had no more shrines or light roots to compare, I looked at wherever there was a dark spot in the depths and went there to find the lightroots. Then I compared the pages again once I found all the lightroots and found every shrine. Then I flew around the sky islands to find the last shrines, and bam. Totally done.
totk has that same feel like botw where you play the main mission and got some incredible loot and then put it down thinking you are done....and surprisingly u pick it again after a good min just to play for a calming experience but that experience turns into you playing the game again on a regular basis because you are finding more places to explore and things to do
I agree. Monday I farmed Lynel guts. Tuesday I Korok hunted. On Wednesday, I farmed in the depths and used tanks and air machines I build for the task. If you are bored with this game, it's because you have yet to explore.
Nope. As per today March 2024, I'm still playing TOTK occasionally. I likes walking around, messing around. Even at 160 hours, I'm still not finish my 4th temple yet at desert ❤
I put 100 hours in and moved on since I prefer playing as many games as I can. Currently on Baldur's Gate 3 and loving it. I do think I'll come back to ToTK whenever they release master mode.
