Mam i have a doubt! At 7:33 when we write as linear combination 2x3v1 - x3v2 + x3v3 = 0 why can't we take x3 as common and send it to RHS where it becomes 0 x x3 = 0. So the answer would be 2v1-v2+v3=0 ?

@2:28 you wrote 2u=v and is linearly dependent, does that mean the 2 is the free variable?
no, it just means its a multiple of the other so they can't be linearly independent of each other, basically.
