      Hey Cynthia, thanks for writing in and great question! Lunges can be weaved into a full-body workout, which can be done up to 3-4x/week, as long as you are giving yourself a day off in between to rest and recover. You can learn more here: pulse.ly/f8cbspltxg

    Could you do a video explaining and showing how we can achieve VO2 MAX?
    How to include it in our daily exercises routine and your thoughts related with this trainin?. I fallow P. Attia MD, he and other doctors promote it and I trust him, but until now I couldn't find a hands on video explaining step by step how to achieve this routine. I don't own any of this smart watches, maybe I won't be able to achieve it with out it.
    Your teaching skills and knowledge will definitely guide me and others.

      VO2 Max is a quantity of air your body can use during exercise. To improve your VO2 Max is improved through zone 2 cardio.
      Just pick your favorite cardio exercise and you try to go a little bit harder/faster/longer each time.
      That's how you improve your VO2 Max.
