The US Air Force insists that Air Force One has four engines. AIR Force One is the property of the US Air Force, is piloted by active-duty AF pilots, and crewed and maintained only be AF personnel with special clearance.
Air Force One can refuel in mid-air, is hardened against the EMP effects of nuclear war, has classified defensive weapons systems, has constant, global secure communication capabilities, a full surgical suite on-board including a surgeon, some armoring and bullet-proofing, has a greater range, has greater power, is configured to allow for a press corps that accompanies the President during travel is designed to keep the President secure and accommodate those security arrangements with all sorts of customization performed in conjunction with the Air Force and Secret Service. And that's the stuff that's unclassified. It is not so much a shift to A380 since more modern; A380 had a smaller niche than 747, is less cost efficient than alternatives, and only really designed for high volume passenger flight; so probably will be out of service sooner than 747. The shift is to two engine long range aircraft due to being more cost effective to run/maintain in most cases is what is killing both, cargo the main exception for 747 but even what demand their is for 747 cargo jets was not enough to keep it's production line open, which the pulling out of passenger service early may have put pressure on too, since if out of service 747 passenger version has useful life can be converted to cargo cheaper than a new build.

You've got that backwards. Worst is the correct term.
The greatest, hardest working, most caring, and for the people President ever! (And also the funniest one TBH!) Thank You, Lord, for answering millions and millions of prayers worldwide!!! It wasn’t just Americans praying that he get re-elected, millions of people knew if he was re-elected, it would also help their countries as well!!
@@karenbliss8719 Wrong!
Yes Obama is...
@@karenbliss8719I wonder if the families of the murdered police officers who were doing their jobs would agree.
They are renaming Air Force One, to Con Air.

Well I don’t care which one he chooses, just glad he is the one that is doing the choosing now🙌🇺🇸😁❤
Tell that to the families of police officers.
AF1 has a movie. It's called "Con-Air".
The results are in aaaaannnndddd, Trump IS your Daddy!
Didn't know Biden and his family starred in that

@ Because Biden just pardoned his whole family. Were you not aware of that?
@@user-wr9ej6xe4jAt least they aren’t murderers of police officers.
during his first term trump spent a ton of taxpayer money with his frequent trips to mar a lamo. It's gonna be just as bad if not worse this time.
😂😂 keep crying! We love it!
And you will continue to cry and it's hilarious
@@MAGA_MUSIC01 Oof. You really are a special kind of stupid aren't ya? lol
@ lol. I think you people crying about your eggs is louder and even funnier but thanks :)
Biden used the aircraft to fly Hunter, and the rest of his gang, every weekend of his presidency. By weekend it is understood time-off from Thursday to Tuesday. The rest of the time he was on vacation 80 per cent of the time. 😅
Trump ordered new Air Force One Jets in his last Admin. They should be delivered in another year or so. It is known as known as the VC-25B.
How gullible can you get? Why would anyone fall for this clickbait from such a huge egotist?
Reap it. Trump Rocks and the World knows it.

"Air Force 1" is just a callsign. ANY aircraft the POTUS is aboard becomes " Air Force 1"
The aircraft is a VC-25.
The crew are active duty Air Force, and are interviewed, with a records review before being assigned.
Incorrect. It depends on the service the aircraft belongs too. For example the president’s helicopter is Marine One. Because it is a marine helo.
@@nicholasmanteris1112VERY TRUE! I forgot about the helos!!
The New Airforce One will be released this year. 🇺🇸
Thanks to President Trump 🇺🇸
The fact that there is a video comparing trumps plane to a plane specifically for the president where it can avoid locking missiles and communicate with world leaders is pretty absurd.
Spare us any Trump bullshit.
Air Force 1 costs just under $3000 per min to operate and yes tax payers foot the bill, more likely it just gets added to the national debt😂❤😂
