I've owned a number of Impact Wrenches at this point and would like to show which ones I still have and why I bought each.

Cool. I like my Ryobi - I got the smaller version. For mechanic, I use the Earthquake with my 8 gallon Husky compressor.

It's always good to have more than one option! The little Ryobi has been great and I'll never be without a similar sized impact moving forward. Wish I had a compressor too, but that'll be a purchase for another day!

@@GettinJunkDone I have had great use out of my 8 gall Husky - and they are reasonably priced. Got my dad the 21 gallon Husky

If you don't already have one, Look up weighted honda crank bolt socket such as the Lisle 77080 and use as few and shortest extensions you can with the impact..Good luck

Way ahead of you my friend! Going to try the DeWalt and the weighted socket together.

One day I'll own a big compressor and I'll be able to get stronger tools. In the meantime, investing in quality cordless tools has served me well.

You didn't even use it yet, what a cliffhanger I been thinking about getting one of these because often times I'm doing something like a head gasket, timing belt, ect. on a car.

Well, there will be a follow up video showing the DeWalt in action. Hopefully it works.

my assumption is an impact driver is there so you don't have to keep swapping between drill bit and what ever the screw needs...lol i carry an impact wrench in my car to bust tires and I'm using that earthquake 3/4 wrench and that thing is a beast and it was under 300 bucks I've used it for tough to bust bolts when working on my car and even after 3 its still reliable...i know the pain of trying to bust the cam bold on a honda its got an abusred torque requirement...

I love the impact driver I have from DeWalt. Whenever I'm building anything, I always have it with me.
I was looking at the earthquakes and almost bought one! Hopefully the DeWalt I bought instead is strong enough to break the cam bolt free. We'll know in a few days.

Once my Ryobi does, I'll switch to a DeWalt model that's comparable. I love that little impact wrench and it has served me well. I guess that DeWalt midtorque would be an even better fit.
