Ride along as we identify and appreciate the finer details on this 90's lugged steel frame construction. One of the most underrated bicycle manufacturers ever, Razesa, gets a thorough inspection. With such a long and illustrious history in the bicycle frame manufacturing industry many rumors abound. One such rumor is that Razesa built all the frame for Zeus. Or that Razesa was started by an former employee of another frame maker Letona. It is difficult to figure out the myth from the truth as many people have their own ideas of how Razesa came to be.

I'm curious if there were any Spanish mountain bike frame producers in the 80s and 90s.

There were a couple that tried to make the leap but never got past their road bike sensibilities. Razesa, contini, zeus, for example, tried a few models but didnt find success. Otero had a few models that did better, but I think by that time production had already moved from Spain. So in essence it wasnt really spanish production.
