    How do they send people on paid holidays in the USA. Since in Europe the cost of that will be added to your salary and you would have to pay +/- 50% tax on that? Wish I could give employees benefits here without then having to pay half of it in taxes.

      Don't talk about Europe in general, because that's not the case, actually, in my country it's actually the opposite, companies pay less but they give a lot more, car, cell phone, vacations, computers, cable tv, private health/home/car/dog insurance, because:
      1) employers will be on a lower scale on taxes so they will pay fewer taxes;
      2) It's tax friendly for companies (taxes discounts ceilings).
      But that's beside the point, the company is American, not European if some of their workers that are in Europe are in that situation, there are dozens of ways of solving that particular problem, so that's just raising a problem for the sake of pointing failures.
