7.54 We have a roundabout like that in Southampton, where you HAVE to go the right hand side of it to turn in, because it is so badly offset from the junction. We also have a few in Winchester where you have to drive OVER the markings to turn, otherwise there isn't enough space to get round. Do you know, that even on test if they do that, they will still NOT fail them for it.

2m40 to 3m11 the cammer showed a lack of observation as the van was indicating and gave the cammer plenty of time to slow down. When they did have an opportunity to pass they didn’t and sat alongside the van as they knew they were approaching the car in front. Petty.
2:36 It would have been safer to back off and let the van pass, but really the van should have observed the overtaking dash cam vehicle, waited behind the white hatchback, then pulled out when it wouldn't require another vehicle to brake. 2:53 When the van indicated to pull out for the 2nd time, the driver didn't observe that the lorry ahead had just moved into the overtaking lane, reducing the dash came vehicle's braking distance. Again, the van should have waited.
