Beetroot Pineapple Juice is a super healthy juice with numerous health benefits, including reducing blood pressure and therefore cutting the risk of heart disease and stroke, giving stamina, helping increase blood flow to the brain, helping maintain a healthy weight, preventing cancer, a good source of potassium and nitrate, hydrate the body, good source of folate, contains plant compounds, reduces bad cholesterol and increase good cholesterol and more. Beets saved my life! When I came from Haiti in 91 and went to the hospital they drew my blood cream came up and then they had to call all the doctors. They put me on a beet diet everything I ate had to include beets I went back and my blood came up red. And I was feeling better. I am 38 now I was 6 then and never forgot that.

One small advice..
Please don't add unhealthy sugar and ice after extracting juice and before consuming the healthy juices..
Instead you can add 1spoon of healthy honey🍯 if you like..
