In greek mythology there are many different stories. Don't be confused by mermaids verses sirens. The modern-day stories paint the picture much different than what's actually the history. The easiest way to sum this up is, asking if mermaids are good or evil is like aliens asking if humans are all good or bad? The answer would be the same... Every being has an energy, and the energy is either being put towards good intentions or bad. So you have to base your assessment on an individual basis not type casting all. @@MermaidMelissaPage awwww this made my day you calling me mermanda!! I hope to meet my fav mermaid someday! I dream to do what you do sweet girl but sadly I don’t think I’ll ever be able to. I was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer back November 2020 and sadly have lost all my pretty hair, lashes and brows due to chemo and I will soon be doing a double mastectomy to remove both breast. So my body will never be the same again. Back in august 2018 while we were on our family vacation I had planned to do a special photo shoot with a good friend we had made in that area over the years of traveling far far away to the beach in Flagler co Florida which is a 16hr drive for us but it’s so worth it when we get to go there when we can afford a week long vacay there but anyway our sweet friend who is a photographer was the one to do our pics while there and other than our yearly beach family session I wanted to celebrate turning 40 that coming sept so we came up with the idea to do a mermaid session since I’m obsessed with mermaids and I am so glad I did that session. Turning 40 was a big deal to me and me being a photographer myself and the one who is always doing my best to make my clients feel confident and beautiful in their photos I felt it was my time to feel that way. I’m my own worse enemy sweet girl and have always been the one picking out my flaws since I was old enough to notice them, I’m too skinny, I’m flat cheated, my nose is too big, my neck is too long and I could go on and on. Thus chemo has really made me age more and I hate it!! I had lost my pretty tan I always had to be beach ready and I had to sell my tanning bed before my husband and my dad busted it not wanting me to have any more types of cancer in my life or in me. Now I’m so pale and being bald fr the hair loss I feel I look more like an Alien now lol…I worried so much people would think I was being conceded or think that I thought I was all that and a bag if chips lol because believe me that’s not who I am, I know my flaws and know I’m not the most photogenic but I wanted to feel pretty and do something out of my confront zone and me turning 40 that year and being blessed to have good family genes still looking pretty youthful I wanted to become a mermaid and I did. I made a little video called Becoming a mermaid of some of the pics from my session here on my channel so if your ever my way I’d love for you to see them. They aren’t as nice as yours and my mermaid tail isn’t that pretty but for a cheap $13 mermaid tail from Amazon I think it looked really nice but I dream to have a mermaid tail as beautiful as yours but maybe in my after life I will if I get to come back as a mermaid in my next life… I can truly be mermanda 🧜🏼♀️ but anyway I’m sorry to type such a long comment but know your buddies truly help me. They relax and calm me when I’m having a bad day from feeling bad from the chemo and they help take my mind off of things that make my mind race. Thank you for that!!
