Might I suggest that commentators here watch the FULL Video before commenting. RBG has been a beacon for Women's rights during her long and distinguished career. @Flying monkey Biases are a tricky thing. Arguably even a political alignment like liberal or yes, even conservative could be seen as a "bias." What exactly would the definition of a unbiased be? Is it even something that is possible? Arguably not. People are shaped by their experiences and learnings. Conservative judges are equally biased towards conservative ideals. At the end of the day maybe its good we have a liberal activist judge to balance out the conservative mindset and that's just objective fact. The U.S. protects all sorts of conflicting ideals equally (or at least as equally as can be), just another subset of the freedom we enjoy. I agree in a perfect world none of the Hon. Justices sitting on the S.C. would be biased. But we live in the real world.
