    Bought the panyam600 and a customized selva450 (which you delivered in under two weeks because I was going on a trip, awesome!) earlier this year and will order one of these for this summer. Your products and service are great! Thx :)

      Cumulus Outdoor
      They are, rest assured :D took both those items to the snowed in norwegian forests last april and put them to the test at -10, they did great. I did find out that after 7-8 hours of sleep I was starting to cool down, but that's not because of the gear. Got woken up at three in the night several times and was allways toasty at that time, so there must be other factors.
      I ended up ordering the Xlite200 for the summer. The weight is great, but with a packvolume of under 2L, wow! Space is a commodity I run out of very quickly on those 6+day hikes, so I had to try this.

    Hi, can you advise me, what is best preference for sidesleeper? Is there something what i can modify in your customizer for the best result?

    • @CumulusOutdoor
      @CumulusOutdoor  4 роки тому +1

      Hi, we would recommend to use our "sleeping bag creator" and choice 50/50 down filling ratio option. You can also consider no zipper option or 1/3 lenght zipper. If you have any furhter questions do not hesitate to write us an email: info@cumulus.pl :)

    Hi, any new updates for 2019? Looking for a new bag and found Cumulus and the lite line 400 and seems like a good fit for swedish spring, summer and fall temperatures.(mountiains). Thinking of buying the Lite line 400 with some changes to save weight, like the YKK3 istead of YKK5... is there the same solution for not sticking to the fabric as for the YKK5?
    Also, changing the fabric to 19gr Toray for the inner save some...do you think I saccrifise a lot of ware resistence?
    Would also love to have the choice of colours without adding more cost... but thats only wishful thinking right? ;)
    thanks//Robert

      Hi Robert! We will share a new video about our Lite Line series sleeping bags next week! Hope it will answer some of your questions :)
      If you're looking for ultralight sleeping bag with Toray fabric and YKK 3mm zipper, maybe you should take a look at our X-Lite series? (check the video!) Unfortunately though 3 mm zipper don't have this zipper cover system... As for the Toray fabric - for sure it is not as restistant as thicker fabrics, but it was tested by us and other outdoor enthusiasts and it proved to be very reliable.
      You can change colour, but yes - there is additional fee for that :)

      Cumulus Outdoor thanks for info, looking forward to a new video!
      Regarding x-lite or not I have not decided, also thinking of a quilt instead! Thinking of pros and cons...
      Lets see what will happen!

    Nice presentation, im searching an ultralight sleeping bag. And i found the Lite Line 200. But i have seen that the max person hight is around 185cm. im 187cm. Do you guys have light sleepingbags that fits bigger people than 185cm?

      @CumulusOutdoor  5 років тому +1

      Hi Damian, This is the standard height for this sleeeping bag, but in case you'd like to adjust it, you can always do it, by using our sleeping bag creator tool. With each sleeping bag there is an option: Customize, which allows you to change parameters such as size, filling, fabrics and lots of others :)

    Can please clarrify to what ethical standards you source your downs, please? Are you certified by any anti-animal-cruelty label?

    • @CumulusOutdoor
      @CumulusOutdoor  3 роки тому +1

      We own EDFA certificate provided by our down supplier and it's mean that they "are distanncing from live plucking other inappropriate forms of gathering feathers in live animals". Nonetheless the most important think is that we are very close to our supplier and we do know what they are doing. 100% of down comes from Polish geese and the supply chain is short enough to have it under control. If you want to see the certificate in person, let us know on email.

    • @lisom3913
      @lisom3913 3 роки тому +2

      @@CumulusOutdoor thank you for taking the time for answering me. I appreciate your efforts to keep an eye on your local supply chain. But please bear in mind that the EDFA is an association of the down and feather industry. Its main task is "to represent the interests of its members from the bed feather industry, the feather filling industry and their suppliers (machine industry, chemical industry, ticking industry and testing institutes) in Europe in a sustainable way" (EDFA). So animal is not prioritised. There are better certificates and higher ethical standards you compete against. But thank you for your time.
