Original Mandi Masala Recipe 👇
• Original Arabic Masala...
Ingredients:-
Oil- ¼ cup
Bay Leaf - 1 or 2
Cardamom - 4 to 5
Cumin Seeds - ½ Tsp
Cloves - 3 to 4
Cinnamon Stick - 2 to 3
Black pepper - 10 to 12(1-tspn)
Coriander Seeds- 1 Tspn
Dried Lemon -2
Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 Tbsp
Onion - 1 (Chopped)
Green Chilli- 1 (Chopped) Optional
Mandi Masala- 1 Tspn
Chicken (whole with skin)
Salt - To Taste
Pepper powder - 1 to ½ Tspn
Water - 3 Glass
Basmati Rice/ Sella Basmati Rice - 2 Glass
For Chicken Masla:-
Olive Oil - 2 Tbsp
Orange food color - ½ Tspn
Mandi Masala Powder - ½ Tspn
Salt - ½ Tspn
For Smoky Flavour:-
Charcoal - 1 peice
Oil - ½ Tspn
