We are fighting for a spot to World Cup as A COUNTRY!!
How often do US and Nigeria play each other? Oh yeah, never. Most Mexican-Americans grow up watching their parents passionately support their home country and the kids do so at an early age. In my case I root for both countries. If they play each other, Mexico pulls on the heart strings a little harder. Whenever US and Nigeria play each other you'll see what I mean

Besides that season The United States team were starting a dominant decade.. and Mexico had had its domination but that team was pure reserves guys...... Mcbride wasn't as famous as Landon Donovan, Clint dempsey and Michael Bradley

Well one, I STILL wouldnt support Nigeria over the USA. I actually finished my high school in Nigeria but really? a country that's only 20% latino? that is a stupid excuse not to support the team of the country you were probably born and raised in. That gave you education and a better life than Mexico or the other countries ever could. Plus my main friends are latinos, and the ones that like soccer, we talk about it and half support mexico and the other the USA.
