So the savings is not bad considering the condition is like new. I would have gone ahead if I was looking to get this bag brand new from the store.
But not all bags give this level of savings. And for certain brands, saving 10% isn’t significant considering the purchase isn’t done under your name. Or the worst is if you have to pay import tax. That would kill all the savings.

Not going to find them wholesale - they have a supply chain where they buy from brokers or use a pawn model - have to go. Besides, you will see people coming in buying out half the store to bring back and resell
There isn't a way to get them wholesale, anyone that claims that they are a wholesaler is probably selling fake bags.
Be careful. I live in Japan and a lot of fake luxury items are finding their way in second hand stores. Second hand shop’s aren’t as reliable as they used to be.

Can you order online to be shipped to US? How can you be sure they are authentic?
If you're worried about authenticity it's probably best to stick to the large 2nd hand shops such as Komehyo or Brand Off. The other ones do require you to look over the stitching and make sure that everything looks normal.

eBay is a really good resource to reach japanese sellers. There's also the big brands such as Komehyo, Brand Off, Daikokuya but their web presence isn't the best
So many fake ones out there ,always buy in the original brand store
Dont buy fake designer bags and wanted to show off second hand bags .. buy when you traveled to those country like LV in Paris . I bought there and they tax exempted ( tax refund) so up to now after 12 years it looked so good . Not even a scratch .
Yeah 12yrs ago it might have been worth it. Quality is on the decline I hope you realize those bag aint worth it anymore in this day and age

People are trying to up each other with logo overloads. Is that what they called style? My take... the designers are trying to dare you to look stupid and you bit. They should actually pay you for advertising their wares.
In Japan, the most the prelove stores are selling are LV and Gucci by the mountains. Maybe the Japanese knows that they are going out of style.
@@RebeccaSalgado Thanks for sharing your thoughts. That’s actually what my dad said many years ago too that anyone wears loud designer goods are advertising for the company that makes them. To a degree it is true but I’ve also seen many are able to pull it off tastefully. I think style is quite personal so if it makes one happy, so be it.
which city of japan komehyo store is?
Shinjuku is the one that I like the most. It is one of the larger ones. There's a lot of hidden gem stores all around Shinjuku and Ginza though.
