For kanji-
Mustord seeds-2tbsp,
Black salt-1/2tbsp,
Salt-1/2tbsp,
Red chilli powder-1tbsp,
Asafoetida-1/4tsp
For vada-
Split and skinned black gram-3/4cup,
Split and skinned green gram-1/2cup,
Salt-1tsp,
Ginger-2inch,
Red chilly/Green Chilly-2,
Whole coriander-1tbsp,
Fennel seeds-1/2tbsp,
Cumin seeds-1tsp,
Mustord oil-1tbsp
Oil for frying

Ma'am isko 3 din rkhne par iska jo pani h ghde k andr wo din me do bar hilana h kya subh sham spoon 🥄🥄 se ya fir isko pure 3 din k bad hi kholna h

You only need to grind Raai. Why add already ground spices (chili powder, haldi, hing) to it?

+Siddharth Sharma ji namaskar🙏, nahi us din nahi dalne h, pahle pani taiyar karke use rai(mustord seeds)ko foolne(fermantate)hone ke liye 2din dhak ke kisi bhi dhoop wali jagah pe rakhe or din me ek bar jarur se us pani ko milaye, fr 2din bad pani taiyyar ho jaega fr usme bade banakar Dale 😊,or koi bhi problem ho to comment me I will reply soon😊🙏
