14:26 Instead of sorting each gem out. I used 4 splitters, sorted out Iron, Gold, Shard, Cloutium, and then just let all the unpolished gems run through, put a polisher at the end of the line, and let them fall into the compressor. No additional sorting needed, the compressor works and I just pick out whichever compressed gem has the highest value.
ur limited to the anvil to make things. but as u have to make ur own drills and harvesters now with the forge so this could open thegame up more going itno later sections of the game
Yes mainly becuase i dont think your gonna sit through 3 hours of stuff im going to show off. al lthe messing about between and so on. the joys of making guides not everyone is looking for all of the things at the same time. I mean anyone can do this. so please feel free make a 3 hour video showing everything in the game or any game and see how many people watch the entire video.. its almost like i build the guide in chapters in seperate videos so people find the bit of info they need and they go about their life. Strange that

I feel logic is a little over complicated in this game. I've never played Hydroneer until this update and when I saw the logic shop I was like "awesome, AND OR XOR gates, maybe I can set up a auto smelting/refining operation". But when I was reading the item descriptions, little of it made sense. I've enjoyed logic systems in games like "Oxygen Not Included" with sensors and standard logic gates - but what is in the logic store in Hydroneer just confuses me and I'll definitely have to look at tuts online. Also - where on earth is the shipyard and blueprints!? I've seen them in other videos, are they not currently implemented? I know how to use the Ice Helm Forge, I mean actual item blueprints.
@Hybirdsteel i did mildew and on teir 1 side you can go to bed rock and if you have teir 2 pick you can go to bedrock on tier 2 side on teir 3 side you cant you start hitting hard teir 3 ground
iv made a video about the rake and the torment that is using it... that video comes out this week and its a bane in my existance not because of what it is but how long it takes to do certain things with it

So drills u get 1 drill 1 harvester from the store next to ember cradle anvil is in the first shop in the corner next to ember u first dig and build up from there... all mining stuff like drills and harvester have to be made in the forge now u dont just buy stuff. u have to build ur way up to the top. its why im leaving my live streams up as they are the whole journey of starting from scratch

yes but i dont think it is 16 nlock dep to teir 2 in the icehelm cause my teir 2 drill wouldnt work when i went as far back as teir 2 dirt went i had pull back to where tier 2 drill was about 4 blocks from teir 1 drill stop working is how i found the threshold in that icehelm claim

Ok i got the Hourglass from Creative but when i turned off Creative Mode all the Basic Equipment including the Truck you get from the Start of a New Game are gone so i don't recommend doing it till that is fixed might be a Bug that came in with the latest Patch.
the gem compressor needs cut gems so u need to add the hook thats in conveyor nation in bridge pour to ur line then gems get cut then u can put them into the compressor. as the compressor no longer works with uncut gems

Hey! I was wondering if you knew the answer, or were planning to make a video about how the Tiered drills respond to pressure. I assume that a Tier 1 drill operates slower under 100% (Forged Iron Pipes), but can it perform faster at pressures above 100%? Does it have a cap? Would a Tier 1 drill mine ores faster on a Fully boosted cloutium system at 368% pressure?
its on my list of things to do.. iv done the basic video on how drills work but i have to go into depth with pressure so its all good i did cover a video on pipes and how they work but havnt test drills in video form

thats the plan on my live stream to carry on and have a good setup running but im doing it live for people to follow

It gives you the excess back in the return when you press out the machine. It doesn't use the entire thing.

yeah the game has changed quite a bit and honestly it was good to stream it again and talk about it as i havnt been able to do that for 3 weeks.
IceHelm goes back 20 squares, but you can't dig the dirt past 16 with Axe or Shovel. You can dig through it with the rake, though.

Have you tried it after the 2.01 Patch i did not use the Hourglass before the Patch i only heard of this Item after the Patch was out.

all logic has its own power now so no worries about powered stuff
