there is a relic at the first plot its a book you can see it just to the right of your original blocks

Cinder footing is still level 2. You can use the melter all the way exept for the last layer of level 2. You'll need a pick lvl 2 to get the last chunk of lvl 2. Horn relic is about the center of the hole in the very last layer of lvl 2

You can use a logic reader type deal with a wire and a logic number reader hook to measure the water in the large harvester, I think it tops out around 15,000.
