I'm a huge tacoma fan and absoultly love when your doing here, its nice watching someone restore (in my opinion) one of the best generation of Tacomas. Keep up the good context bro!
Damn, these video journeys are amazing. I appreciate your patience in dealing with each one. These kinds of things would be enough to make anyone else quit.
Mike your a very ambitious and smart young man. I personally would never paint my truck with that bedliner look. It seems to be popular though among young people. Have a good one keep videos coming.
I’m getting a lot of mixed results about bedlining my car. Some say it’s always recommended (not necessary) to sand down, some say you don’t have to because it’s bedliner. I feel like if it starts peeling or cracking off you can just add another coat and it wouldn’t be a problem. Thanks for this video!
Excellent video as always. Straight to the point without a lot of filler. Love that you always provide the costs. Shows the originality of your videos so your viewers can relate.
Hey Mike! I really enjoy the vibe of your videos. I bought myself my first truck, a 2002 prerunner tacoma a month ago because of your videos! I am currently planning a 4x4 and manual swap on it as well as some freshening up of the underbody. Thanks for the inspiration!
I have a 2003 Tacoma Double cab 2x4 and I absolutely love it. One day I will convert it to 4x4. I've watched all the episodes so far and I have learned a lot!
Inspiring video series for someone who doesn't have a fraction of the skill sets that you do. Currently building up an arsenal of tools to tackle a bunch of stuff on my 3rd gen 4Runner, and these videos are a wealth of information. Keep up the good work man.
I was thinking about as you and your buddy were jumping on the door I was like “imagine if that was the door he just bought lol 😂” love your videos man keep it up!
It looks so great my man, I’m so glad I subscribed!! Been watching since the beginning of the Tacoma you had before this one!! I have a Tacoma and want to start building it out and watching your stuff helps me realize that I can actually do the upgrades myself! Love the content, I’ll keep watching!
Love the color! Spraying the whole body with bedliner is sick! Only thing I would do differently is paint the inside of the bed black. Well done man! I’m saving up for the ’24 Taco ha or the Stout 🙃
Nice videos, Bro. I looked at your white board and just today I was adding the last expenses of my 1997 4runner and yes, I have spent more on one thing and another than the price I paid for the 4runner, I paid $3,000 and I have spent $6,500. very good work and obviously very good videos. here you have a new subscribers.
Love the grill. You’re putting in awesome work on this truck. I’ve got a 2002 TRD off-road as well, getting some ideas from ya for what I want to do next.
I used to do paint and body years ago, the trick on pulling dents are to pull from the deepest dent..to get the body line back was to put a tape above the line, , sand it down and tape under the line and do a criss cross pattern sanding to check for low and high spot was to to spray it lightly with a black paint as a guidecoat
Love the Tacoma! Next time you decide to spay in your garage wet the floor completely with water. This actively catches the overspray as you’re painting. Its helped me in a number of projects I shot in the garage.
Rocktrix are blowing up. Seeing more and more videos of them. Think they’re the best bang for the buck and they look a lot like methods. I have the same wheels on my magnetic gray F150. I took the center caps and cut out the Rocktrix logo and epoxied in some custom caps a fried 3D printed.
Great work Mike, I enjoy watching your videos and work. Surprised to see a can of Wilseyville Dusty Rut beer on your work bench. I'm part of NCMC and we didn't sell much of it at the race, but the club drank it for the next year or so...
That's excellent work! I have an 04' Tacoma Prerunner and want to match yours to a certain extent. Where did you find the grill? Keep up the great work!
Good job on the paint! It looks so much better. Did you know you can rent a machine to clean that overspray off the concrete floor. It has stone-like pads that will take about anything off concrete.
I have the KC gravity pro 6 light bar on my F150. Crazy bright and KC making such high quality lights with a great warranty plus US made I believe. They are expensive but they will last longer than the truck. The 6in KC slim lights would be awesome on the bumper
Some ditch lights and some lights on the bumper would be effective, way way cheaper than an actual KC array, it wouldn’t be glaring off of your hood, and it wouldn’t be bolted into the sheet metal of the A pillar which is pretty much the cheesiest / Mickey Mouse mounting solution for lights.
I'm gonna be doing monstaliner in the floor of my jeep as soon as I get done with my rust repair, sock slider, and frame stiffeners. It seems so much nicer than the stuff with all the "grit" in it. Always wondered why other companies make it so rough if your supposed to use it in a truck bed and slide things on it.
Just happy to be here
Same

Hey cool thanks for watching!
I’ve been debating DIYing my Tacoma in army green bedliner, and this video seals the deal for me. Looks great dude! Thanks for sharing!
Inspiring video series for someone who doesn't have a fraction of the skill sets that you do. Currently building up an arsenal of tools to tackle a bunch of stuff on my 3rd gen 4Runner, and these videos are a wealth of information. Keep up the good work man.
There ya go! Once you start youll never stop learning!
Great video as always. Taco looking fresh
Love the bed liner paint job idea. Think it works great for this sort of rig. Keep doing what you’re doing, Mike! Love watching your videos.
Thank you! I think it’s perfect for an off-road vehicle
The truck came out nice, lots of work involved but I guess you must enjoy doing it 😊
This thing is coming along incredibly

Looks great, man! Can't believe you sprayed bedliner all over your truck except for the bedliner area.
But it has a bedliner, so why would I waste?
Awesome job! Great video, keep them coming 👍😁
Paint & body work turned out great for a off road vehicle. Pretty cool little taco
Love the color! Spraying the whole body with bedliner is sick! Only thing I would do differently is paint the inside of the bed black. Well done man!
I’m saving up for the ’24 Taco ha or the Stout 🙃
Thank you!
This channel is amazing man, makes me want to be there and be your assistant just to see how this all works together.

Good job on the paint! It looks so much better. Did you know you can rent a machine to clean that overspray off the concrete floor. It has stone-like pads that will take about anything off concrete.

One of your best videos. Keep doin what youre doin 🎉

Awesome my guy. I dig it.
Babe wake up, Mikes 4x4 garage posted!

Amazing work dude! Love it
Thanks a ton!
Looks great! Really dig that color.
Thank you! Cheers!
Yeeeeee finally another video
What a beauty. How much or how many gallons of bedliner did you use? Planning on doing this on a 97.
This channel is going places
Its coming out niceeee. Excited for the jeep vid too
That poor Jeep has been abused
CRUSHED IT AGAIN!
No spoilers please😂
Thank you!
It's fucking awesome! I like the idea of a not so textured cover for body panels.
I think it’s the perfect middle ground!
