Cheap china 92mm throttle body whistle fix, CAI, 1/4 mile rip! Beretta

My Amazon/ebay (I don't remember) 92mm china throttle body whisted like crazy. Made a huge air leak sound that drove me nuts. But I figured out a free fix that just required a little time with a carbide burr and some tune tweaks.
I also changed my Beretta coolant reservoir to a Saturn one to give me room for a cold air intake and move my filter away from directly above the headers.
Also got my tune datalogging functional finally and hammered on it to see what improvements I can make before going to Lebanon Valley Dragway next week to get some 1/4 mile drag racing time slips. I think it might be slower than my 3400 swap FWD v6 Beretta was!

Been chasing this problem for YEARS thank you! went from a V6 to a V8, Summit 92mm, Cone filter, to k&n panel, to AEM non oiled and still had disgusting whistle noise. Overpowered the exhaust & cam. 5 minutes with a dremel and my shit box truck sounds like a camaro again

When we were making new TB prototypes those sharp edges in the IAC path would always whistle until they were blended in. 👍🏼

I want to take a guess 14.2 at 95. I also had a few bugs with tuner pro and pcm hammer they work but definitely have more to learn before I’m comfortable with it

No the idle speed didn't change, but it dramatically reduced the whistle
