The faithful thundershot still running things after all these years!
She looked delightful out there buddy.
I still remember clearly when this first came out, certainly kicked up a storm back then, seems like a lifetime ago now.
So Sean, must ask-
What's your favourite out of the thundershot family of cars??
I found the terra scorcher to slightly have the edge over the others regarding driveability, but looks wise I think the thundershot takes it!

To be honest, I kinda lost interest in Tamiya after the Big Wig.. so I only got to experience these late 80s buggies via rereleases like this as well as the Top Force.😊 I agree with you. I do think that the ThunderShot looks the best in the family and the Terra a close second. Just still not convinced by the manga styled looks of the dragons.. Ive not had the change to drive a Terra Scorcher yet.. but I would think that the dual shocks should make it a better handler. Still.. the ThunderShot is a blast and it is definitely more agile and quicker than the Hotshot family it replaces. That said.. I still prefer the HotShot Family over this for pure nostalgic reasons.😁
