Great footage and words! Spreading the message to preserve our ocean and its fragile ecosystems, in order to safeguard its inhabitants is fundamental. Not to mention the bleaching phenomenon in act in different parts of the worlds. Your effort is so inspiring Luca! GREAT video and great story to tell. May I ask what lenses were used? Iam hunting to get best possibble lens for my new underwater sony FX3 setup, and Iam curious what will be your recommendations maybe based on experiences of others as well. I want to do night diving movies so its complicated scene in terms of light. Thank you in advance for help.
Hi! Excuse the late response...to answer your question, for this video, I mainly used the Sigma 24-70mm Art lens. Generally I am careful about lens recommendations as it really depends on the artists individual vision and the subjects you want to record. But you can't really go wrong with a Zoom lens to stay flexible underwater...and the quality of them has improved so much over the years.
For your night dives, it might also depend on the subjects you want to record, I assume more macro? Lighting wise I can recommend looking into Weefines lighting solutions, I will publish a video about their lights soon here as well.
