Completely agree with the top 3. And yeah, they should've released Logan as the final Xmen film from Fox. Would've been a fantastic way to close out the franchise.
First Class is my favorite in the X-Verse. I just love everything about Magneto in it and Kevin Bacon is one of my favorite villians in a superhero movie period. The little winks they did throughout the movie never really annoyed me as much as it annoyed you. I think First Class is a flawless superhero movie. Havent seen Logan since it came out so i cant really comment on it. What i do remember loving is the scene with Logan, Charles and Laura having dinner with that family.

DeadPool- A wonderful fun time at the movies, Reynolds comedy is golden 3. X-Men- Introduced me to this world. 4. Days Of Future Past- Intriguing and a fun blast of a film, clever concept that was pulled off very well. 5. DeadPool 2- Another fun time at the movies reynolds is perfect as Deadpool. 6. X-Men 2- Fun and exciting film i have friends who would put this at 1. 7. Last Stand- Love the dynamic between Jean and Wolverine 8. First Class- Nice reintroduction to the franchise reboot. 9. Dark Phoenix- OK but thats about it 10. The Wolverine- Better than origins but still a letdown 11. X-Men Apocalypse- Messy but has its moments 12. X-Men Origins Wolverine- An utter train wreck of a movie, embarrassing film.
Just saying, when Spider-Man: Far From Home comes out, you should rank all 42 cinematic universe superhero movies (MCU, DCEU, Fox) in a video, it would be awesome! 👌🏻

Have you ever thought about doing a huge superhero ranking that's not franchise specific? Like, you've done spiderman, batman, xmen, etc. Every think of making one giant ranking with all Fox, Marvel, DC all together? May just be me but I think that'd be pretty cool to see how everything stacks to each other.
Kinda funny how a solo wolverine film is the worst, yet the best is his last, also being solo. VERY happy they went for the R rating in Logan, that’s the kind of sendoff Hugh Jackman needed, going out on a massive bang instead of a whimper.
Hey Cody for sure Logan is number one. Love that film. Great ending to the wolverine. I actually cried at the end it was so good. Good video. Thanks for sharing. Shape on!!!! 🎃
1. X-Men: Days Of Future Past (2014): the best of the X-men movies with a great story. Great use of time travel and also a great way to bring together two different casts of the franchise! They went all out on this and succeeded greatly. So that’s why it’s my favorite. 2. X2: X-Men United (2003): still one of the greatest comic book films ever made. I think it was ahead of its time. 3. Logan (2017): Jackman’s finest and final hour as Wolverine!! Yes, it’s not my my number one like yours (it certainly deserves to be, but I have love for the next two too much to do so). But this movie is just awesome and makes me cry almost every time I get to the end. Thank you Hugh Jackman. I think him and Patrick Stewart were robbed of of Oscar nominations. They both deserved it. And what a find for Daphne Keen who plays the young girl, Laura!! 4. X-Men: First Class (2011): perfectly cast with a younger group. Love the setting and don’t mind the silly nods. Plus I liked the director’s choices. Plus the new cast didn’t get to try to emulate the previous actors performances. I loved it. 5. X-Men (2000): (A lot of nostalgia for me on this movie. Didn’t see it on the big screen but I remember loving it after I rented it. It’s perfectly cast and has a good story. 6. The Wolverine (2013): Man the first half and most of the story is so good. Hugh Jackman gives a wonderful performance. Also I like the places they took Wolverine and the uncut version of this film. If tried to be more than a typical comic book film. And if mostly succeeded. The last act isn’t my favorite, but it’s not the worst. 7. Deadpool 2 (2018): The new characters of Domino and Cable were worthwhile. I also like the story a bit more than the first. 8. Deadpool (2016): hilarious and fun. Vulgar for the sake vulgarity at times, but I think it’s great. Also had an interesting way of telling of the story. 9. X-Men: Apocalypse (2016): I didn’t hate this in theaters, but after rewatching it at home, I realized how disappointing it was. I feel like the villain should have been better developed over a few movies rather stuffed in that one because he had so much potential. 10. X-Men: the Last Stands (2006): A lot better than most people say. As a kid in theaters I loved it. But overall, after a rewatch as an adult, I realize it’s bad. Lol tried to be too many things. 11. X-Men: Dark Phoenix (2019)-haven’t seen it yet, not anticipating it really. But I’m anticipating putting it here. 12. X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009): Hugh Jackman’s performance is the only worthwhile thing in this film. And the cool montage of his life in the wars.
I agree about Apocalypse. He's one of the most powerful villains in the franchise and would have been awesome if Fox built him up over a few movies like Marvel did with Thanos.
My Ranking For The X-Men Movies 1.Deadpool 2.Logan 3.X-Men 2 4.Deadpool 2 5.X-Men: Days Of The Future Past 6.X-Men(2000) 7.X-Men: First Class 8.The Wolverine 9.X-Men: The Last Stand 10.X-Men: Apocalypse 11.X-Men Origins: Wolverine 12.X-Men: Dark Phoenix
Great job you have good points about these movies my ranking is 12. X-Men origins wolverine the worst 11. X-Men the last stand decent enough 10. The wolverine definitely a improvement from origins 9. Dark Phoenix better told then the last stand 8. X-Men apocalypse step down from days of future past but still really good 7.Deadpool 2 fun sequel 6.. Deadpool step in the right direction 5. X-Men first class really good movie about Charles and magneto 4. X-Men 1 great movie perfect cast were it all began 3. X2 X-Men united awesome comic book action movie 2. Days of future past the rouge cut it corrects a lot of mistakes and its awesome 1. Logan awesome and end of an era
Good job Cody 👏👍👍👏. I think there was nothing good about these FOX movies, but to each their own haha. I am just excited about what Marvel Studios is gonna do with X-Men and Fantastic Four. I don't know where the X-Men where the whole time while the Avengers were running around?
When Iron Man snapped his fingers he unknowingly opened a rift to another dimension. There are other worlds that are similar to Earth but with a few differences. In one Earth the Avengers exist but the Xmen don't. In another world the Xmen exist but the Avengers don't. This rift will open the gateway and will allow the Avengers and Xmen to meet.
I'm honestly baffled why so many people rank first class so high, perhaps since it came after x3 and wolverine? Seriously its decent but people saying its better than x2 is mind boggling
Here’s my ranking: 12. X-Men Origins: Wolverine 11. Dark Phoenix 10. X-Men: The Last Stand 9. X-Men 8. The Wolverine 7. X-Men: Apocalypse 6. Deadpool 2 5. X2: X-Men United 4. X-Men: First Class 3. X-Men: Days of Future Past 2. Logan 1. Deadpool Dark Phoenix severely disappointed me, as I got really into what they set up in the first 20 minutes which I feel they did not deliver with the rest. They had no idea what to do with Jean the whole movie and the aliens were executed so poorly for playing such a large role in the film. The original X-Men film is good, it’s just colorless and does not give me a reason to care about the core group (Storm, Cyclops, Jean), and the story is pretty messy. Apocalypse builds probably the strongest team of X-Men that I cared about and meshes drama and blockbuster antics pretty seamlessly, though the story does become bloated. First Class has some of the best pacing of the franchise, but Days of Future Past is so fulfilling and has the strongest story and keeps me invested the most. Logan has some pacing issues and I was not sold on the doctor as a villain, as he is pretty weak and that direction was not done particularly well, but Deadpool is the perfect movie from start to finish (absolutely no flaws). I know that’s long, but those are my thoughts!
The first X-men and The Wolverine are better than Apocalypse. I hate that movie because I am a fan of the X-men animated series. I expected more from the villain. I hate that Archangel dies at the end especially when he and Psylocke are in the same movie. They are lovers in the comics. That is why I get upset about that. Wasted potential. I have problems with the first X-men and with The Wolverine but after awhile I don’t mind the flaws so much.
I agree with everything on your list, except I would swith Deadpool and Logan. Deadpool could have been so much worse, and could have gone so wrong so fast. Luckly, we got Ryan Reynolds Great video as usual!
Logan aside, Days of Future Past is my favorite version of X-Men movie. Such a cool dynamic of two timelines, where one is about mutants uniting to fight a bigger and more threatening enemy, than whatever they faced before, and this time they are for real on a brink of extinction. While simultaneously in a different timeline, we're once again trying to stop the war between humans and mutants, but this time the stakes are higher, and i like how it's the character's choice that makes the difference - not Xavier and Magnetto making temporary peace, and not superheroes stopping the conflict by force like it usually was. I also like how this plot is revolving around Mystique, since she's that conflicted character, who grew up loyal to Xavier, but found herself agreeing with Magnetto's philosophy. Obviously, was nice to see the entire cast coming together in one movie, the action was great too, some of the best dialogue is here and we got a satisfying ending. Just a very well-rounded X-Men movie
I am also a fan who thinks like you do with X-Men First Class. It's a good movie no doubt but I can't believe how much praise this gets by many. I've seen everything from best X-Men movie ever to flat-out best comicbook movie ever. Hey to each their own but that's an amazing reach for me who doesn't even have it top 5 X-Men film either.
I haven’t seen Dark Phoenix and The New Mutants yet and I do tend to change my mind from time to time. 1) Logan 2) Days of Future Past 3) Deadpool 4) First Class 5) Deadpool 2 6) X2 7) X-Men 8) The Wolverine 9) Apocalypse 10) The Last Stand 11) X-Men Origins: Wolverine
12: Origins Wolverine 11: The Last Stand 10: Dark Phoenix 9: Apocalypse 8: The Wolverine 7: Deadpool 2 6: X-Men 5: First Class 4: X2 3: Deadpool 2: Logan 1: Days of Future Past
My top 5 would be Logan, Days of Future Past, Deadpool 2, Deadpool and X2. Origins is definitely my least favorite and I've never had a desire to rewatch it after my first viewing.
Updating with my ranking since I just saw Dark Phoenix: 1) Logan 2) Days of Future Past 3) Deadpool 2 4) Deadpool 5) X2 6) First Class 7) X-Men 8) The Wolverine 9) Dark Phoenix 10) The Last Stand 11) Apocalypse 12) X-Men Origins: Wolverine
My top 5: Logan, Deadpool, Deadpool 2, The Wolverine and X-Men First Class. I would say X-Men Days of future past but I slept through that whole movie in the theater.
Damn man, That's pretty much my ranking too ! Logan is my fav comics flick ever. To me, it's more like a drama for I really feel what Logan & Xavier are going through throughout the movie. I wish Hollywood would make more comic flicks like that instead of safe shit by the numbers (Marvel). Cheers !
1. Logan 2. DOFP (Rogue Cut - the other cut is good too just prefer this one) 3. Deadpool 4. Deadpool 2 5. The Wolverine (Unleashed Edition) 6. First Class 7. X2 8. X1 9. Apocalypse 10. Dark Phoenix 11. Last Stand 12. Origins Might go back and forth with DP and DP2 as well as The Wolverine and First Class. Same with Apocalypse and Dark Phoenix. Hell I might put Last Stand above dark Phoenix 🤷🏻♂️. Basically my list is useless lol I will say just on the surface I think Dark Phoenix is better than Origins and Last Stand but those movies had Hugh Jackman...Dark Phoenix didn’t....so it probably for me makes those if nothing else more watchable.
I usually don’t put the 2 Deadpool films in the list, but since Cody did, I will. Here’s my list..... oh and I haven’t seen Dark Phoenix yet, I’ll update the list if and when I do see it. 1 X2 2 Logan 3 DOFP 4 First Class 5 Deadpool 6 X-Men 7 The Wolverine 8 Deadpool 2 9 Apocalypse 10 X3 Last Stand 11 Origins Wolverine

@@CodyLeachYT I really see the Deadpool films more as "Scary Movie" parody-type films, riffing on the X-men characters/universe but not really to be taken seriously. Also, both Origins and Wolverine aren't that good (for much different reasons) but if forced to choose between watching them, I'd go with Origins every day of the week that ends in "Y"....just my thoughts. Good video.
Nice one, Cody! I always enjoy watching your ranking videos - this one does not disappoint. Just wondering... are you a fan of the RAMBO films? Given that the Fifth and final film is coming soon, it'd be interesting to see you rank the Rambo series.
1. Logan - Definitley the best film. It’s the most prestigious in the series and it’s nice to finally see some Rated R Wolverine action. 2. Days Of Future Past - I think this is head and shoulders the best X-Men movie and there’s plenty of days where I like this more than Logan. Logan gets #1 for ranking purposes but the movies are basically neck and neck for me. 3. First Class - The perfect way to introduce the X-Men. The Magneto/Professor X dynamic set up here is the best it’s ever been. 4. Deadpool - I knew this would be action packed and hilarious, but the movie is way more heartfelt film than I ever thought it would be, and that’s really what gets it ranked so high. 5. X2 - The best classic X-Men movie by a mile. One of the best examples of taking a good first movie and improving on it in every way. 6. The Wolverine - Logan & The Wolverine are pretty similar movies when you look at it, and I love both movies a lot because of it. I love the wrinkle of Logan being vulnerable and the Japanese setting. I don’t even mind the Silver Samurai, I thought it looked cool. This movie being at 6 isn’t because of anything this movie did wrong, it’s just that the movies above it are just better. 7. Deadpool 2 - The first time I saw this I was upset the whole movie because of Vanessa getting killed. Rewatches are much better with the knowledge that she’ll be okay. This is a fun movie and I appreciate the higher budget allowing the action to pop even more than it already did. 8. Apocalypse - I really don’t know why this movie gets such a bad rap. This is another case where it’s nothing this movie does blatantly wrong that has it this low it’s just not as good as the movies above it. I love the scale of this movie and how much awesome X-Men content is packed in here. 9. X-Men - an important movie in the CBM genre that shows its age for sure. I was never huge on this movie, but I started showing my girlfriend the X-Men movies in preparation for Deadpool III (she’s only seen the first 2 Deadpool’s before we were dating) and I enjoyed it more on this watch than I ever had before. It moved up a few spots because of that. 10: Dark Phoenix - I skipped this in theaters which I almost never do for CBM’s but when I finally got around to watching it I actually enjoyed it. The suits are ridiculous but I like the kind of pseudo X-Men Civil War arc that Jean kicks off in this movie. The final action scene is awesome too especially Magneto. 11. The Last Stand - this movie definitely has its issues but I still think there’s too much good here for it to be considered as bad as it is. I think this movie works as the beginning of a terrible future that must then be corrected by DOFP. I get that wasn’t the original vision, but that’s how I choose to watch this. Magneto getting cured was really poetic and Wolverine taking out Jean is an all time moment. 12. The New Mutants - another movie that I skipped in theaters. I wasn’t excited for this AT ALL and only watched it like 2 days ago to finally get it over with. I actually ended up really liking this movie honestly, it’s just that I would choose to watch every movie ranked over it before this one again. That being said I am a little sad this never got followed up on, I actually liked the characters which I was not expecting. 13. Origins - The only movie on this list that I would say is bad. Honestly I can still watch it for the stupid cool Wolverine & Gambit action, but there’s nothing of substance here, and the way they handled Deadpool is mind boggling. I’m a pretty forgiving person with CBM’s, I like most of them honestly but that was one decision I just couldn’t understand. You want to make Galactus a cloud? I can at least see why a studio would think that’s scarier than a big purple man. I can’t see any reason why anyone would think Deadpool here is acceptable.
maybe because im fan of more heros/villians in a movie i like Xmen Origins Wolverine can re watch it just fine why do people hate it ? because of how they messed up deadpool ?
in almost every x men movies ranking video i watch, when it gets to x2: x-men united, the person says, "This is how to do a sequel". is it like a thing to say those exact words when reviewing x2 or what?
Great Ranking 13. X Men: Origins Wolverine Here on up I don't hate these films 12. Dark Phoenix 11. X Men: Apocalypse 10. X Men 3: The Last Stand 9. The Wolverine 8. Deadpool 2 7. The New Mutants 6. X Men: First Class 5. X Men 2000 4. X2: X Men United 3. X Men: Days of Future Past 2. Deadpool 1. Logan
Spoilers for all the movies 12. X-Men: The Last Stand (When I think about this movie I actually start getting a bit angry with what they did with these characters and how they shoehorned in a certain plot line cough cough Dark Phoenix cough) 11. X-Men Origins: Wolverine (The CGI is terrible, the characters are pretty bad aside from Wolverine and sabertooth and the murk has no mouth) 10. Dark Phoenix (Had a good train scene but this movie screwed up the timeline even more which made me mad especially after watching Days of Future Past a couple hours earlier. Also the villains suck and so does some of the dialogue) 9. The Wolverine (Haven’t seen the R-rated cut, but it had a pretty darn good first 2 acts with a mediocre final act) 8. X-Men: Apocalypse (I think this movie is pretty underrated. I liked the new cast, the action was pretty good, had another fantastic Quicksilver scene, Apocalypse was a bland villain but I still enjoy this movie) 7. X-Men (It started the comic book genre so therefore u gotta give it props. It didn’t age great but it’s still a really enjoyable movie) 6. Logan (I still like this movie a lot but I don’t know why I don’t like this movie as much as a lot of people do. The villain was good, the acting was awesome, the action was great, the emotions hit hard, I just don’t find it very rewatchable) 5. X2: X-Men United (This is the right way to do a sequel to a solid movie, bring an even better villain, better action, and a better story. Also that opening scene is amazing) 4. Deadpool 2 (A more overstuffed, but more funny movie than the first. It had a good antagonist with both Cable in the first half and Russel in the second and of course Ryan Reynolds is still fantastic in this role and this movie has the best post credit scene in any movie ever) 3. X-Men: First Class (A really good movie with great actors and character moments. I really liked this prequel and there’s just something about it that I really like) 2. Deadpool (An amazing film with awesome comedy, action, and characters with one of my favorite songs made for a movie Captain Deadpool) 1. X-Men: Days of Future Past (I’m a sucker for time travel and a happy ending so u can imagine with how satisfied I was with this movie. The acting was great, the action was really good, and I just love pretty much everything about this movie)
Excellent ranking. I've not see Dark Phoenix yet, but my rankings go like this: 11. X-Men Origins: Wolverine - everybody knows why this is at the bottom heh. 10. X-Men: The Last Stand - very, very uneven. The two different story lines just don't mesh at all. 9. X-Men: Apocalypse - what a disappointing come down from DoFP. Apocalypse is a lame villain who just sits around and talks, the new X-Men are good but feel kind of shafted in their own movie, even Charles and Erik feel off here. And the Weapon X tangent... seriously, the fuck was that? 8. Deadpool 2 - I find bits of the tone to be uneven, but not overly so. 7. The Wolverine - really strong solo outing for Hugh Jackman, it's really just the merely okay final act that hurts it. 6. X-Men - It's aged ever so slightly, but still remains an effective introduction to the characters with some great dialogue. 5. Deadpool - just a very funny comedy, with a strong heart to it. 4. X2 - A great sequel that took everything the first movie did and improved upon it. 3. First Class - I love the whole 60s Bond feel it went for. That and the Charles and Erik stuff really made the movie for me. 2. Days of Future Past - This was a wonderful way to bring the original cast back, and really felt like it earned the time travel shenanigans. 1. Logan - it emotionally ravages me every time I see it. Such a powerful, meaningful film.
Days of future past was a great film but I just can’t get over how messy it is and how it destroyed the timeline even more for the x universe. Besaides that I would have had Deadpool 2 over x1 but that’s speaking from a perspective of right now. Like you said when it came out it was great but it has aged kinda badly. Great list as Usual Cody!!
Fantastic ranking video Cody you pretty much summed up how I feel about each these films. I think you make awesome Wolverine when Marvel reboot it, Marvel if you watching hire this man when he does a "fuck this movie" rant he unleashes the beserker rage lol.

@@lordlcww6536 You're welcome. While I didn't provide a list I agree with a lot of your choices especially the top 4 and the bottom 4. Only the middle 3 are different.
Mario Lopez yeah the middle three of mine are pretty interchangeable. In reality, I would probably switch xmen and dark Phoenix
Tyler Mane Aka Michael Myers as Sabertooth in the original!
I saw Dark Phoenix in 4DX and it was amazing. The train scene made the $25 I spent worth it.
mofitud31 i like X-men a lot but this one has bad reviews would u recommend I see it?
@@Knoxkuma13 I still enjoyed it, it's middle of the pack for me. *Nowhere* near where this ranking has it placed. Last stand is far worse.

*Mystique:* I think you mean 'X-Women'.
side note but the graphics of the movie title & poster when you introduce them are gorgeous👏🏼
Just saying, when Spider-Man: Far From Home comes out, you should rank all 42 cinematic universe superhero movies (MCU, DCEU, Fox) in a video, it would be awesome! 👌🏻

@@Dreeza68955 yes I’ve seen the r rated version on the wolverine, it was awesome!
X-Men 3 always was my favorite movie. Idk why it gets so much hate. The action was on point and the story was pretty good too 💪🏽💪🏽
They should’ve done a sequel to DAYS OF FUTURE PAST that picks up with the original cast from the End of DOFP… for a true X-men 5

Days of Future Past is my favorite only because of how awesome my theatre experience with it was
Awesome ranking man. Great video. I agree with all your choices. Kinda sad to see it go out with a whimper.
Kinda funny how a solo wolverine film is the worst, yet the best is his last, also being solo. VERY happy they went for the R rating in Logan, that’s the kind of sendoff Hugh Jackman needed, going out on a massive bang instead of a whimper.
By far my favorite is X2
Love X2!
The only thing I would change in my list is switch first class and DP2 and that's it I really liked your list
Hey Cody for sure Logan is number one. Love that film. Great ending to the wolverine. I actually cried at the end it was so good. Good video. Thanks for sharing. Shape on!!!! 🎃
1: The Wolverine (My favorite superhero)
2: The First Five Seconds of Days Of Future Past

5. X-Men first class really good movie about Charles and magneto
4. X-Men 1 great movie perfect cast were it all began
3. X2 X-Men united awesome comic book action movie
2. Days of future past the rouge cut it corrects a lot of mistakes and its awesome
Agreed!!!
honestly i didn't find x2 to be all that great, it's a decent flick just like x men, but with some improvements in action
First reaction! Nice nice.... Now I have to watch the Xmen saga....
Why was there no ads? I usually just watch them and don't skip as I feel it helps you out.
I still can't believe that Professor X had a twin in X-Men Last the Stand.

12. X-Men Origins: Wolverine

10. X-Men: The Last Stand
9. X-Men
8. The Wolverine
7. X-Men: Apocalypse
6. Deadpool 2
5. X2: X-Men United
4. X-Men: First Class
3. X-Men: Days of Future Past
2. Logan
1. Deadpool
Dark Phoenix severely disappointed me, as I got really into what they set up in the first 20 minutes which I feel they did not deliver with the rest.
Not seen that many «X-men» movies. Never been a fan»
But, «Logan» is a masterpiece. Deadpool awesome! Love the Wolverine movie.
Logan is perfection!
Cody Leach Indeed, mate!
The post credit scene was awesome because they did something brilliant.

Logan is so sooo soooooo good!!!!
I think The Wolverine is better than Deadpool 2
If it wasn't for the final 15 minutes or so it would be way higher.
Same I think it’s miles better for me
Original ending for dark Phoenix was supposed to have the skulls but MCU was using them in Capt marvel
Cheers !

I will say just on the surface I think Dark Phoenix is better than Origins and Last Stand but those movies had Hugh Jackman...Dark Phoenix didn’t....so it probably for me makes those if nothing else more watchable.

Good video.
Can we get your top favorite 15 comic book films?
Nice one, Cody! I always enjoy watching your ranking videos - this one does not disappoint. Just wondering... are you a fan of the RAMBO films? Given that the Fifth and final film is coming soon, it'd be interesting to see you rank the Rambo series.
There’s still one question over the table: did you cry in Logan movie? Come on!
Damn near it if I didnt.
I mean, who didn't 😭
I agree with you on Logan. My top three look like this: 1. Logan 2. X-2 3. x-men days of the future past.
Number 6
Me: probz original x men
Cody: First class
Me: *spills hot tea* Umm well... what we gonna do now!
Really good list! I agree with the list
Hey Cody who would you want to be the new Wolverine?
No clue...not even ready to think about it really
I know I’ve been saying this but when will you do Lion King (2019)
When it comes out
👌🏾
Have a great evening
in almost every x men movies ranking video i watch, when it gets to x2: x-men united, the person says, "This is how to do a sequel". is it like a thing to say those exact words when reviewing x2 or what?
Great Ranking
13. X Men: Origins Wolverine
Here on up I don't hate these films
12. Dark Phoenix
11. X Men: Apocalypse
10. X Men 3: The Last Stand
9. The Wolverine
8. Deadpool 2
7. The New Mutants
6. X Men: First Class
5. X Men 2000
4. X2: X Men United
3. X Men: Days of Future Past
2. Deadpool
1. Logan
Spoilers for all the movies
12. X-Men: The Last Stand (When I think about this movie I actually start getting a bit angry with what they did with these characters and how they shoehorned in a certain plot line cough cough Dark Phoenix cough)
11. X-Men Origins: Wolverine (The CGI is terrible, the characters are pretty bad aside from Wolverine and sabertooth and the murk has no mouth)
10. Dark Phoenix (Had a good train scene but this movie screwed up the timeline even more which made me mad especially after watching Days of Future Past a couple hours earlier. Also the villains suck and so does some of the dialogue)
9. The Wolverine (Haven’t seen the R-rated cut, but it had a pretty darn good first 2 acts with a mediocre final act)
8. X-Men: Apocalypse (I think this movie is pretty underrated. I liked the new cast, the action was pretty good, had another fantastic Quicksilver scene, Apocalypse was a bland villain but I still enjoy this movie)
7. X-Men (It started the comic book genre so therefore u gotta give it props. It didn’t age great but it’s still a really enjoyable movie)
6. Logan (I still like this movie a lot but I don’t know why I don’t like this movie as much as a lot of people do. The villain was good, the acting was awesome, the action was great, the emotions hit hard, I just don’t find it very rewatchable)
5. X2: X-Men United (This is the right way to do a sequel to a solid movie, bring an even better villain, better action, and a better story. Also that opening scene is amazing)
4. Deadpool 2 (A more overstuffed, but more funny movie than the first. It had a good antagonist with both Cable in the first half and Russel in the second and of course Ryan Reynolds is still fantastic in this role and this movie has the best post credit scene in any movie ever)
3. X-Men: First Class (A really good movie with great actors and character moments. I really liked this prequel and there’s just something about it that I really like)
2. Deadpool (An amazing film with awesome comedy, action, and characters with one of my favorite songs made for a movie Captain Deadpool)
1. X-Men: Days of Future Past (I’m a sucker for time travel and a happy ending so u can imagine with how satisfied I was with this movie. The acting was great, the action was really good, and I just love pretty much everything about this movie)
Excellent ranking. I've not see Dark Phoenix yet, but my rankings go like this:
I feel like Apocalypse ruined the timeline more.
Fantastic ranking video Cody you pretty much summed up how I feel about each these films.
I think you make awesome Wolverine when Marvel reboot it, Marvel if you watching hire this man when he does a "fuck this movie" rant he unleashes the beserker rage lol.
Great ranking man!
Thanks man
@@CodyLeachYT logan great hotell seizure amazing scene!
The Wolverine was mostly great until the third act.
I would've swapped out origins with dark Phoenix (really hated dark phoenix) and DP2 would be much higher ranked. The rest were pretty spot on.
You gotta admit though, Deadpool 2 redeemed the heck out of Juggernaut. He was one of the best aspects of Deadpool 2.
Spot on ranking, Mine isn’t far off and I think most people will agree with the top 4 just possibly different order
1. X2
2. Logan
3. Days of Future Past
4. Deadpool
5. X-Men
6. Deadpool 2
7. X-Men First Class
8. The Wolverine
9. X-Men Apocalypse
10. X-Men 3 The Last Stand
11. Origins Wolverine
12. Dark Phoenix...Haven’t seen it yet so it’s at bottom for now.
Want a great Wolverine origin watch the animated Hulk vs Wolverine animated movie and watch any of the episodes of the 90s X-men animated series that feature his origins like the one where Alpha Flight is introduced.
I agree with your rankings! I even agree how J Laws Mystique was the best in Days of Future Past. After that you can tell she was just done with it.
Ill chime in my list
1. X2
2. Days of Future Past
3. Logan
4. X Men
5. First Class
6. Deadpool
7. The Wolverine
8. X Men 3
9. Dark Phoenix
10. Apocalypse
11. Deadpool 2
12. X Men Origins
I much rather prefer dead pool 2 over dead pool
Love Logan, but I have to put Deapool 1 at #1. It's just my absolute favorite.
Watch the unrated version of The Wolverine. That version is pretty good but it still has the dumb old man in a armor Sliver Samurai.
