The Monarchs have a lot of indirect support, realistically speaking they are fine. Strategies that really need support are Watt, Koa'ki Meru, Mermail etc
Oh yeah Monarchs! And against R-ACE you still had your normal summon, right? Why not activate the field spell, decrease the level of Ehther and summon her, locking your opponent out of the extra deck and making Erupt live?

Have you considered using the Normal Spell called Time-Tearing Morganite on that deck? And also maybe back row protection?
