The medium doesn’t look to bad it actually looks like it sits on your head like it should.

Comment on ventilation compared to other half shell helmets. It has been 100F this week in Phx.
Ventilation is good. Just got back from a very hot ride in the woods and it did quite well.

@@michselpatton4105 great question! ive had the bell 4orty, bell super 3r, and the IXS Trigger. The forty is obviously better because it's not a half shell. I'd say the Tyrant is in between the Super 3r and Trigger when it come to airflow. This does give me a great idea for a video comparison with them though so thank you!
I tried the Medium but i found it a tad small, shallow even...it barely covered my ears. So i've ordered a Large online and waiting for it now. I hope it won't end up being too big.
Also, the medium didn't look big on you.

Can u stick riding glasses somewhere comfortable in there while riding uphill? For example in the vent holes on the back?
I wasn’t able to find a good spot to fit mine, so probably not unfortunately. Great question though I’ll be sure to include that test in future reviews.
How do you feel the size small after some time now ? 🤔 I have exactly same problem that I have 56cm and I find myself quite often between the S and M sizes, I just got one Medium (good offer/price) but I feel exactly as you say big and bulky. They don't have size Small so I couldn't order both size to try them. I'm just not sure if should I go for size Small (higher price) or just keep the medium, it feels/looks like a really good helmet.
I am happy I chose the small I love it. I did push in the front foam a little at the temples as it put a slight pressure there but after that no issues.

The best protection will come from the snuggest fit.
I think the med looks good. Im 57cm so def have to go med. Especially since I found it for $65!
Score!! Yes you def need to go medium at 57cm . I’ve been happy with the small though. Either would have worked for me.
