Meet Voodoo Restoration, or shall I say, Voodoo Festeration: the most dangerous spell in all of Dota 2. For a support like Witch Doctor, this damaging item not only smoothens your laning stage but it outputs crazy amounts of damage for you to capitalize on your Maledict damage based on a percentage of health loss. The damage amounts to that equal of a Radiance but with a timing of 9 to 12 minutes rather than 20-minute Radiance like on carries. On top of that, this ability still heals Witch Doctor for 50% of the damage output which makes trading against him pretty impossible. Man. This is complete cancer to play against early game. Dude completely stops you from farming by himself.
He's absolutely bullshit
Similar skills like Pudge's Rot and Bloodseeker's Blood Mist are balanced by self-damage, reliant on barrier (Blood Mist) or another ability (Meat Shield) to lessen the downside, and have a small AoE. In Blood Mist's case, needing a Scepter in the first place.
There's a serious imbalance with Festeration aside from a tiny mana cost, and I suppose WD being squishier than Pudge/Bloodseeker.
note that he put boots on first item not only cause hes weak, but also cause WD has low move speed to profit of the damage. And lets face it, hes survival is soo low late game that it balances itself
outside of maybe veno one of the most annoying things to see picked by the enemy!

They can weaken early power of the skill with a tiniest extra on lvl 4 transforming hero into more Pos 3 rather than absolutely braindead lane dominator
