I don't see Zoro vs Big Mom being an Enies Lobby Luffy vs Lucci type of close. Zoro is currently pretty much around the same level as Law and the other first commanders. However, Ben Beckman might be the strongest based on portrayal. Zoro's placement as first commander tier makes the most sense for future battles if Shiryu ends up being akin to Ben, and Mihawk ends up being akin to big mom.

King of hell is both armament and conquerors combined on ”all” three swords which is different from 9sword asura I give it my all(adv armament 3swords) and Enma use some adv conquerors haki from zoro.
