    In order to complete this technique ensure that you are able to perform seated hip outs confidently as partners will likely be moving laterally as you look to wrestle up. Check out the movement video on this channel for a quick demo of seated hip outs/zig zag movements from butterfly guard. Additionally, be sure to also use your arm frame on the shoulder to keep distance and move the hand/elbow as necessary to keep your partner from moving passed your legs or to your back.
