Hi Ify....as you already know, I love watching you cooking videos. Please what is that uyayak? I don't think I've ever heard of it. Also, was that okpei or ogiri igbo that you added? Also, the nsala spice, do you know what's in it? I don't like buying all these nsala or peppersoup spice especially here in the US. I usually add uziza seeds, uda and ehuru. Are there other things that make up that nsala spice? Oh! Ok, I just read the description box and I've seen the spice details. Thanks so much!! That soup really looks Y.U.M.M.Y!!!
This looks so yum 😋 I'll try this for my family soon. Please is ogili the same as iru/locust beans, and the uyayak does it dissolve in the soup or you take it out when it's ready? Thanks for creating lovely meals always
No ogiri is not the same as iru/locust.ogiri is more smelly and in a natural leave packed .while iru isbused more for palmoil stew .you cant use iru/locust beans for insapa soup igbos dont use it
I made this soup and whaaaatttt!!! it was so good!!! See ehn, I'm cooking it again. Thanks Ify!
