Ingredients:
Dough.
1 egg.
40 g sugar.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
2 tablespoons of water.
100 g butter (cold).
250 g flour.
Filling.
500 g pumpkin pulp.
2 eggs.
80 g sugar.
1 packet of vanilla sugar.
1 orange, zest and 50 ml juice.
150 g sour cream.
2 tablespoons cornstarch.
Baking dish 22 cm.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃/356℉ for approximately 45-50 minutes.
