Mid century modern architecture almost doesn’t belong in Sardinia…and yet it’s so belissima. Best part is the underwater pool window seat…sit there and chill to music 🎵
Actually modern interior design is quite common in Sardegna, at least in the Costa Smeralda! The window onto the pool is a wonderful touch :) - Stefanie

What a wonderful work of art. The house too. (lol) But seriously, Good deal of privacy around the pool. Especially for the skinny dippers. In fact most of the estate has seclusion. A nudist would have little to worry about. (... The pool portholes are kind of "bunga bunga" now that I think about it.) Not too many huge outward windows, and only a few parts on display. I love the green roof garden and standing space. Notice how there are no tells of it being a terrace. I mean, even a glass fence would ruin the look. Excellent.

This property is a perfect retreat from the toxic hustle and bustle of the metro life. I understand why Stefanie felt sad when she had to leave. It’s like turning her back on someone who does not only enchant her heart but also grab her by the soul.

From the terrace of my modest 2 bedroom's little villa made in sardinian real style( stazzo), I can see the Ocean. The real value of the villa Is not the villa, no. Sardinia, that's the luxury. Sardinia, my beautiful Island!
Ora, la casa sarà anche stupenda (gusti e colori ognuno ha i suoi), ma onestamente spendere una cifra simile per vedere un pezzettino di mare a 10 kilometri di distanza...mah, scelta discutibile. these modern designer houses are "stylish" but are not "elegant". I defenitly prefer the mansions with marble and "rustic" features
