Use some icepacks to help with this during recovery.

How are you now almost 2 years later since this video? Was the pain completely gone after 8 months? And did it affect your sex life or sexual sensations at all?
Hey Jeremy, I am completely back to normal now. The pain was completely gone after about 2 months. My sex life is the same if not better than before. Definitely glad I have done it 👍🏼
Its been 8 days since I had mine done too I feel the same way the feeling like u been kicked in the balls my balls hurt and feel heavy still when u touch them thanks for this video it helped
rohanwright100 I’m glad it helped. The trick I found was to wear tight fitting boxers and try not to do anything strenuous 👍🏼
8 days for me now, in pretty awful pain too, just feel like I've been kicked in the balls and when I walk around it's super uncomfortable and sore. How you holding up now?
The Vegan Goat it took me about 2 weeks to start feeling “normal” again. Sleeping was the biggest struggle for me as could only sleep on my back with my legs apart for the first 2 weeks.
How did you go mate? Mine still bad very painful dull ache left side worse.. Also pelvic pain and lower abdominal pain. I've contacted my Dr and they are running an ultra sound.. Their concern is maybe nerve issues.
@@goat2503 sorry to hear your having some issues buddy. Lets hope they can sort you out quickly and pain free.
I know some guys have little to no pain. But most of these guys did and I think that's accurate. They usually just talk bout the guy with no or little pain so that guys won't be discouraged from getting a vasectomy. Let's be honest it's surgery and surgery usually hurts.
Its uncomfortable and there is a level of pain as you mention but for me it wasn't unbearable pain. The more you rest the quicker the pain will disappear.
Just seeing if everyone went through the same...
My balls are like really bruised,
Had two incisions done.
It's day 5 and I'm very uncomfortable. Day 2 I was the worst. I recommend just stay home 2 days and do nothing but watch TV or play video games. Wanna sleep on your side use a wedge pillow between your legs to keep em apart. How long up until the bruising goes away?
It’s best to give it a good week or 2 to heal up then slowly introduce your normal behaviours 👍🏼
Yup calling to cancel now lol. Thx brother
Jonathan Carroll If it is something that you are not 100% sure on doing then don’t do it. I can say now though my life is much more care free and easier for having this done.
I cancelled the first time I was going to get mine done. But finally let go of fear and glad I got it done.
Got my doctors to refer me to the NHS hospital. Just waiting now bro. Wish me luck 😂 I don't care about the pain, this has to be done. I've got 4 kids that's enough.
Sounds like you are pretty certain this is the right choice for you. You will be fine I’m sure. It’s a short period of pain for a lifetime of benefit 👍🏼
@@Props2You yeh, dude I'm 100% certain. the wife wants more, I'm like no! We have two of each.. I were on phone with doctors on Wednesday. He referred me that day. I want to live my life at some point. Everytime you have a baby the clock resets 18 yrs. 😴😂
@@MrJamiez absolutely. My youngest is 3 now and I’m slowing getting my life back. Let me know how you get on 👍🏼
@@Props2You update. I got the letter today
appointment for 20th of May. Can't wait bro. 🥰😂👍🏻😀
@@MrJamiez that’s brilliant news best of luck mate.
My procedure was little to no pain. No meds. 2 days off w 0 activity. 3rd day (after procedure) back to work and at one point forgot about it. The trick to support is folding a sock in half (long side) and placing it under your balls. Then making sure you wear really tight underwear. Take cold showers.
Scott Neighbors I think the tight boxers is an absolute must 👍🏼
How long before you were able to be intimate again? Was it uncomfortable during intercourse?
Reggie Peters I believe it was about 3-4 weeks before Intercourse occurred but there was no discomfort at all.
Hey do you have an email address for more questions? Thanks
ask.theparklife@gmail.com
What! I really thought it was painless, I heard. I guess not.😬. Hang in there buddy.👍
christian perez thanks man. It’s not completely painless but it’s not excruciating pain. It’s more of a “I hope this doesn’t last for a long time” kind of pain 😂
Pretty much my exact experience
I’ve just had mine, had a general for it. Pain is awful, day 3 post. Balls are ok, but groin pain is intense especially walking, sitting up or just mobilising in general. I’m terrified of it being chronic pvps after consulting Dr google. Has anyone else had this problem?
Try not to delve too far into google search. Everything eventually tells you you will die!
I’m sure it will get better my man. I would give it 5 days and if things are no better at all I would get in touch with your doctor to get it checked out.
Take it easy but don’t sit around all day, I found a bit of sitting, standing and walking made me feel better.
@@Props2You the pain is bloody awful, codeine, naproxen paracetamol not even touching it. cheers for the advice though, appreciate it. Good video also, thanks for the message back mate 👍🏻
@@jamescarter7968 when did the pain stop
For you ?
@@workforitall666 honestly, severe pain after 1 month. But I know a lot of people that have had it will no pain….I’m the exception! Don’t be put off, i know of only 1 other person that suffered like me. The odds are slim. Have you had one or planning on?
@@jamescarter7968 yea I’m definitely gettin one . I don’t trust women 😂 so it’s my safety blanket
I'm in week 3 now. I don't have constant pain. But my balls (especially the left one) are very sensitive and do hurt when i touch them. When i jump, i have that feeling someone's pulling them down.
I know i should be patient but i start worrying
From my experience that is completely normal and it took me a good month or 2 until I felt completely safe doing anything too physical.
@@Props2You Guess i shouldn‘t bother too much and just trust the healing process.
But thank‘s a lot for your reply. I appreciate 😉👍
Little update. 9 weeks have passed since my vasectomie and i think i‘m alright now.
I’m still more sensible down there than before my vasectomie but it doesn‘t bother me too much.
Had 2 busy weeks without time for sports or exercising but i feel safe to get back into it.
My experience is that no matter what doctors and leaflets tell you. It takes way more than 2-5 days to fully recover. Expect about 8 weeks
@@balalunga1 that’s good to hear buddy. I’m glad things improved and now you can share your experience with others 👍🏼
Hey man. I had my vasectomy 9 days ago. All went well except the tenderness in the balls as you mentioned here. Everything is fine unless I move too fast 😂.............it’s more a nuisance than anything else.
Powler 29 glad it went well and I hope you feel back to 100% very soon.
Thanks if my first night
And i feel out of breath 🤦🏽♂️
Is tidiest
I have insane dull pain in my pelvic area and it sucks…
Hopefully this won’t last too long for you 👍🏼
Better?
@@TheMusicmak3r The pelvic pain has went away now but still have speed granolas sometimes get sore hope they go away
@@Tren_is_okay oh shit
I want to get snipped but idk if the risk of catching chronic pain is worth it...
Congratulations on getting it done btw!
I’m contemplating it now. 🤔
@@TheMusicmak3r yeah I know some people around me are completely fine… it’s so weird how some people just get the shit end….
are you able to run around and do stuff now?
what about sex now... does it hurt in any way or is the pleasure reduced in some way?
Ananth Narayanan I am completely as I was pre op now. No pain or discomfort at all. Sex is as good as it was before if not better because I know there will be no more babies 👍🏼
@@Props2You thanks bro. ill be getting mine next year hopefully. i don't want to worry about babies either
Your mileage did vary. Mine was Wednesday. 6 minutes from drop your drawers to pull them up. Watched the whole thing. No Needle, no scalpel, open ended. No pain, no bruising, no swelling, no stitches, no funny walk, no frozen peas, hiked with a friend afterward. 12 weeks later success, no swimmers, all juice, no seeds. I think you went to the wrong doctor. Shouldn't hurt any more than giving blood.
LaMarr Harding I am glad you had such a fantastic experience with your Vasectomy. However the amount of different reviews I had had from people is mind blowing. I think everyone’s bodies react to the procedure differently. I have full confidence in the doctor that performed my Vasectomy. Thank you for sharing your experience with us though 😁
Did you look at the reviews from your doctor first? Read the reviews from T.J. Morris at Vasectomypro.
I have a very hard time believing this comment and you should too. 6 minutes is beyond world record pace, and no good doctor would advise anyone to hike after.
@@ethanbanich103 The hike was not recomended, but I felt good and had the opportunity. Ejaculation later the same day wasn't recommend, but I was curious to see if it felt different, it doesn't!
How does Ejaculation feel now? Any strange feelings?
Or 9 days
Day two still can't lay on my side my balls were already big and now swollen is ridiculous. Very unpleasant won't be doing it again so that's a plus.
Hopefully rest up for a few more days and you should be a lot more comfortable 👍🏼
@@Props2You now is just my right side swelling lol
5 days and I fell uncomfortable like hell
I would recommend taking it easy and giving your body time to heal. If it is like this after 2 weeks I would go see your doctor.
I'm gonna take SOOO many pain killers
I had mine done last week and I was up and walking same day. No serious pain, stop crying a week later. 😥
100% accuracy on this
same I am at 6 days after and i feel same
Just hours after the op I guess will see how it will treat me 😂😂😂
why get a vasectomy and go through all the pain and discomfort when all you have to do is stop having sex indefinitely
OMG why didn’t I think of that. Makes perfect sense!
Bet he's still in pain -
Who ?
Omg God grow a pair 😆😆
I did and then gave them the snip 😂
