You go into Ikebukuro station and find "sunshine city" exit, Then look for the big Sunshine city building at the end of a crowded road with many shops! (you should see the milky way café at the start of that) it's an underground shopping center and I think it's on the 3rd floor? I can't remeber :D but good luck~!! It's a nice Disney store
