My aunt just did a breakdown of Micah 1:6-16 she titled it GUARD YOUR GATES . Micah essentially stated that the people had failed to guard their gates and it led them to their downfall. The gates are for our protection and peace. And failure to guard your gates will leave you susceptible to attack and the removal of God's voice from your life. She said that failure to guard your gates leads to transgressions and idolatry. Guard your gates yall. Filter your music, your TV, your friends, your social media. THIS IS SO GOOD JAE !!

The way you break down the word is a gift. I dont feel like I am able to break it down like this alone.
You can do it too. You just have to ask the Holy Spirit to show you what this scripture mean and then patience is also the key to seeking His Word. She didn’t just get that all in one sitting. It takes time. So ask the Lord to give you the patience to seek His Word.

When you were reading John 1; Romans 11:36 came to my mind. When i read that; it brought so much clarity.
Same thing used to happen with me when I drank coffee. I switched to using can condensed milk as creamer and flavored syrups for whatever added flavor I wanted and there was a huge change in my reaction to it. Coffee creamer has a lot of oil in it so that might be what’s bothering you.
I have been having the same issues with coffee and I am a coffee lover and have been drinking coffee since I was 13 (I’m now 28). I have recently made the switch to mushroom coffee and chose the brand “Everyday Doses”. I know they also have a brand called Ryze but Ryze also uses oats which can cause bloating so I didn’t go with them. Overall it’s much better and the taste is just like coffee with the creamer of your choice. It has a lot of benefits so do your research and hopefully it helps!
