I’ve also been going through a season of changing the food I eat. I’ve noticed that the food I eat wasn’t making me feel good and I’ve been cutting out sugar and meat on most days and eating more vegetables and this has made me feel so good about myself. ❤

Hey! Here is a tip…do a pre video record of what you want to say without looking so like free flow. Play it back then write out what you said and edit for your script. It will give you a framework for the core of what you want to say. So example…press record leave the camera face up and just start talking even in the “mess up” you will get the verbiage framework you’re looking for and some words that are true to you as a foundation for the script.❤️❤️

I’m cracking up because every night I lay in bed or even in the morning I’ll do my devotional before getting out of bed. Guess what happens? I fall right to sleep 😂😂 that was a sign to get my butt up and pray!

Where you’ve been with your food and eating journey is where I’m at. Every time you eat and make food I get the reminder to go and make my food too and eat even if I may not want to but because I have to take care of this heavenly temple.

It's good that fitness is a priority for you that's something that many of us struggle with, I love the braids definitely a great style for working out low maintenance looks good be ready to go without worrying about hair. Pray about everything I picked up moved to another state new job a month ago after living in previous state for 13 year's we out grow places, jobs ,relationships it's ok we just have to make sure it's actually God and not our flesh 🙌 😊
