  • The 5 AM club is a concept started by Robin Sharma*: You get up at 05.00, performs 20 min. exercise, 20 min. meditation / reflection and 20 min. personal development or planning.     Exercise details:
    No direct warm-up.
    Start gently (or supplement with your own warm-up)
    Stretching with mixed exercises for:
    Spinal mobility
    Shoulder mobility
    All-round flexibility upper body and lower body
    No cool-down. The reflection period of 20 minutes may contain relaxation.
    Equipment:
    None. Bodyweight exercises.
    Specific training tip:
    Adapt exercises as needed:
    If you need to bend your legs a little more, do it.
    If you are flexible and need extra stretching, go even deeper into the stretches.
    Move calmly from position to position.
    Find the place where you are in balance before you stretch.
    Breathe, deeply, calmly and regularly.
    General fitness tips:
    Always train at your own level and based on the day's form.
    Focus and maintain good form, stability and muscle control.
    Make every exercise and every workout your own.
    Rest, take breaks, and modify exercises as needed. 👍
