There is also a thing called Mold degradation. You can only shoot a mold so many times before it has an affect on the finished product. That is also a reason to move to softer plastic in order to prolong the life of the mold.
Oh and they look great, Shadow Officer and Trench Officer, that's what I would call them.

Dude, what happened to the Lightyear command center you were talking about a few vids back? I’m excited to see how it fits with 1/12 figs.
I plan to get a couple and just rit dye the grey parts and paint or dye the green stuff
When you paint your figures what kind of paint do you use? I sometimes use Testor paint but every once while one of the colors will stay tacky and never fully cure. And I just ordered some citadel paints to try those out

Hasbro thinks they are slick. I have 3 of them all of their legs are like that.
